WiFi was very weak and unstable. The toaster did not work. It would be nice to have washer dryer in the kitchen.

This is my third consecutive booking at this hostel. I booked from 20 to 22 June, then from 22 to 24 June and this booking is from 24 to 27 June. During previous bookings, I enjoyed my stay in this hostel a lot, but the rest during the third booking was spoiled by the arrogant and defiant behavior of the cleaning lady, who came to work with her little daughter and walked around the kitchen for three minutes, didn’t wash the floor, didn’t do nothing and gathered to leave. I stopped her and respectfully asked her to clean the faeces-stained toilet bowl and the floor near the toilet bowl, which had been covered with urine for the past 6 days, starting from the first day of my vacation on June 20th. She promised to clean the floor and the toilet immediately but left without doing so. She said that the hostel was cleaned only once a week. I told her that I had been living in this hostel for a week and none of the cleaners had come to clean the overflowing huge trash can that stank of rotting food in the kitchen for five days. On June 26, I came to the reception and reported everything to the above employees, but this cleaning lady behaved impudently and refused to do what she promised me to do, but did not. As a result of the negotiations, another cleaning lady (whose mother is from Yugoslavia) said that she would wash the floor and she did it very efficiently and diligently. My conclusion: the hostel is very well arranged for the comfort of the guests, but the cleaning lady abused the trust of the hostel owner and lowered the hostel's prestige. Every self-respecting hostel owner who valued his reputation would have fired such an impudent and arrogant cleaning lady.

I liked everything except the rude behavior of the cleaning lady.

I felt comfortable in this hostel. I liked its exterior and interior design. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Good aura throughout the hostel. Several grocery stores near the hostel. Nice view from the window of the room. I will definitely come back here with my adult children.

That I had to leave !!

I loved how artsy it was ! The garden kitties were so cute and nice. The bar food was amazing. The location was so central to do just about anything I came there for with several safari stops. ( cheap way to get around the island) all the amazing travelers I met and became friends with. It's really a fun and just welcoming and helpful spot if you're new to the island and everyone know where it is. Great value for your price and Definitely now one of my favorite places to stay.

It’s a very cute hippy dippy hostel. Comfortable rooms and common rooms. It’s an older rustic and wooden property so obviously it’s not perfect or pristine but it’s very cute. Even when there was live music at the bar downstairs the rooms were quiet. The value is excellent.

Kitchen dirty with old furniture. Everything is HORRIBLE!!!!

Nothing!! Was a very bad experience. The bathroom has odor, the bed uncomfortable, the room was fifty dirty. It was disgusted. I have to get disinfectant and paper towels to clean bathroom after each person use. Ppl left urine in the toilet bowl , did not flushed..it was a terrible experience for me. This is not a recommended place to stay.

On the very first morning we were awoken by roosters but you quickly get accustomed to it. After the first morning it becomes white noise.

This property is close to everything. There’s a mall about a 10 minute walk away along with. There are a few eating options just a short 2 minute walk away such as Wendy’s and Pizza Hut. The hostel is very beautiful, a lot of seating options on the balcony and in the communal dining/living area. The owner is super friendly and doesn’t hesitate to help with any issues such as getting a taxi.
