Restaurant wait staff ignored us twice. We had to go to the bar and order but then waited 45 min for our meal while the couple next to us were served promptly.

The beach had a lot of seaweed but I believe it was the time of year we went.

The property was beautiful and had plenty of things to do inside the resort. The club cars were so convenient as well.

I called ahead of time to confirm booking, and the staff were not very helpful at all. Also, I was not aware that cleaning would not be done each day. Finally, Margaritaville provides price listings for taxi's, however the taxi drivers charge way more. This looks like fraud on the part of both parties. Kelly drivers indicate that Margaritaville does not know the exact prices. However, I am very aware of how taxi drivers increase prices in the VI as they choose. If Kelly is practicing this behavior, this looks terribly bad for Margaritaville. Please address this matter. This was very stressing during my stay.

It is hilly so expect to walk a lot of stairs. Or take the shuttles, which don't come around all the time.

Hill top pool was the best spot! Happy hour drinks were incredible deals. Food was really good. The beach was just ok but Coki beach is close by and nice. Sapphire beach is a short drive up the road and was amazing. The town of Red Hook was a few minutes past Sapphire beach and had good places to eat and night life.

the pull out couch was very uncomfortable. like sleeping in a bbq grill. the beach was full of seeweed.

The stairs were really hard for my elderly mother.

The grounds are beautiful, We stayed in building 12 on the mountain top and my 78 year old mother had a hard time walking down the stairs to the main restaurants or parking lots. There are shuttles but they was not a set schedule. It was a pretty good system but maybe double check how well people do with stairs when booking rooms.

Did not eat breakfast but the food at the restaurant was good. grounds pristine. Golf carts were prompt and the drivers were excellent. The happy hour at the hillside pool is great with a great view and the bartender Cam is amazing. You can't swim in the beach due to seaweed which the grounds crew works hard to remove everyday, but you can sit there and relax, you can also just walk 4 minutes to Coki which is nice or take a taxi to other beaches or a 20 minute ferry to St. John, which I would recommend. The rooms are very nice and there is entertainment by the family pool.

The only downside is we could not swim at the Beach at Margaritaville.

We loved it here! Our room was perfect. Had a beautiful ocean view. The staff were kind and helpful. The rooms are up on a hill but there was always staff driving around picking guests up. The pools were awesome, especially the hilltop pool and swim up bar.

Staff was welcoming and helpful, especially bartenders Cameron, Allen, and Kevin. They all added to a very positive experience at Magaritaville. We enjoyed breakfast every morning at the restaurant, quality of food was very good. We are returning with our children for Thanksgiving

Based on the reviews I was just hoping our stay would be good. Very happy to say our room was great, clean, and great location just below the hilltop adult pool. All the staff was friendly, helpful and available. We had no seaweed, but it is a small beach. Make sure you make it to St. John's. Cabs are easy to find. $24 Each to resort from Airport. $8 each To Red Hook. 18% tip is added to all checks for food and drinks. Very happy to say we enjoyed our stay!

Not in a great location on the island. The property was maintained and once on property felt safe enough.

The rooms were nice sized, clean and well equipped for a small kitchen. We enjoyed using the Margarita machine. Beds were very comfortable.

The lighting in the room is awful. There’s no overhead light and the reading lights are focused on the end table, not the place you’d be lying on the bed and reading. You need a taxi to get anywhere and every taxi ride is $15 per person. The food at the restaurant is very ordinary. But by far the worst thing is that when you check in, before they give you the keys, they try to sell you a package that requires you to go to a sales lecture. After 10 hours of travel, I found myself saying over and over, “No, thank you. Can I have my keys now, please?”

The location is stunning. The facilities are comfortable. There are two swimming pools, and I swam in both. There is a nice beach at the facility and a nicer beach a short walk away. There are four hammocks. There are places to play pool and football and giant chess and other games. Every room has an outdoor sitting area which I enjoyed. There are great kitchen facilities in the room (everything but a stove)

The seaweed in front of the resort. I feel they have enough staff to rake it up before 10:00 a.m. everyday.
