“The staff was very helpful and supportive when we were organizing our travel plans. They also had recommendations on where to eat and we enjoyed the welcome drink.”
“Location was good the staff were helpful and friendly but the room was quite small and the bathroom was very tight, I could nearly sit on the toilet and found it difficult to take a shower I left after one night of a planned three night stay”
“We visited Cao Lanh in order to attend a wedding in a nearby village. It's very much not touristy! Hotel was super good value and actually really pleasant. We were a big group and had a variety of rooms from standard Queen through Deluxe Queen and King. It's definitely worth paying the extra few dollars for the superior or deluxe queen (over the standard) to get the balcony - those rooms are so much nicer. The King was also nice and the room spacious but the balcony a bit small. Hotel is nicely appointed and there are lots of really lovely coffee shops around - cafe Dang just a block away became a firm favourite. Also there is a vinpearl Mall just diagonally opposite and we found this super convenient for a chemist, supermarket, dinner one night at the Korean BBQ restaurant and the kids really liked the arcade. Hotel receptionists spoke very little English but were friendly and worked really hard to accommodate us.”
