The staff is well-intended but needs to be more organized and treat their tenants with more empathy and respect. The location is good but not fantastic, as you'll be 3+ km away from the Old Centre (but still plenty of food and cafes around).

The business has more than one building, and I was moved into a newer one where everything was basically brand new. It had everything and it was very comfortable, so I loved staying there and even extended my stay for a few days.

The property was absolutely clean and fairly decent size studio with all required, infact more than needed amenities: Washing machine, Kitchen-top, Utensils, Hair Dryer, Locker, TV, Toaster, water Heater etc. The location was though slightly away from city centre, but was a good and peaceful area. The cafe around the corner of this property is quite nice with great quality coffee. Overall very satisfied.

Some of the guests cant follow rules about Smoking so there were times that the smell gets inside the apartment - but this is not the fault of the host

The place could've been cleaner. Also, I spotted two cockroaches in the room. While the big one most likely came from the outside, the smaller one might have been residing inside for a while. Not sure though. I also saw a lizard but I kinda liked it. It was cute.

The location right in the heart of the Japanese quarter was excellent. Very close to a good selection of restaurants and fairly close to Lotte. The check-in, as well as the check-out, was smooth. I loved that the room was equipped with everything one may need, including AC, an iron, and a hair dryer.

Very terrible pre-check-in, check-in and check-out experience that is far from meeting our expectations. My expectation would be all payment either to be handled by Booking, or to be made after our stay with a credit card (as it stated on their listing). There would be someone waiting there to hand us the key or passcode when we arrive. In reality, they asked us for a deposit before we came. When we arrived, they left us waiting at the door, under hot weather for 20 minutes with all of our luggage when they could let us into the lobby first with a passcode. As if we weren't made uncomfortable enough, the first thing they did when we got in was to ask for the rest of the balance, and the person-in-charge had zero idea that I wanted to pay with a credit card. At the end of our stay, when I made payment, all 3 of my credit cards couldn't go through because of their payment system's fault, I ended up having to use cash to pay. Besides, the utensils and dinnerware were insufficient and dirty

The facility was abundant and really valuable for money. A spacious apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms in a good area made our stay very comfortable

The only downside was behind the bed hadn't been cleaned. When I dropped something of mine down the side I pulled the bed aside only to find that it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. It's a small thing but it grossed me out a little bit

Dont book here! After arrival we were informed that there is a water leak in the apartment. 5 min later other people checkerboard the room. When we were at the property there were also other people who did not get a room. They constantly overbook the rooms and your booking is no guarantee for a room. Please look up the Google review upfront (the reviews on booking are comparably good because they try to force you to cancel the booking so that you can not write a review)
