-We thought the woman at the desk was abit rude,she wasn’t very approachable or friendly.

-Really spacious room,bed was really comfy. -Beautiful bathroom,a great shower and even had a bathtub. -Good central location. -Breakfast was a good start to the day. -We were able to take a shower after we checked out before we got our nightbus.

Little things I just don't like that the hotel is not at the main road. I have to walk to the main road for waiting Grab car. Another thing, the sound from the pubs and bars nearby came into my room at 10th floor.

Breakfast is ok, not variety but enough for easy breakfast. The room is large and located in an area that close to the beach. The opposite hotel is Vinpearl beach front hotel. Everything is perfect to stay for short.

Love everything that a hotel should've.

Good location 1min walk to the beach and everything else, love the entrance is fully shades. The staff and house keepers are very genuine and helpful and lovely, room is cleaned and excellent air-conditioning system, love the shower very modern and super clean 👍👍👍. First hotel that posts exactly what it looks like. Will come back here again if come back to nha trang. 👍👍👍

The pool was very small and not a lot of seats around it. But that’s okay because you’ll have the whole sea to swim.

The alleyway to the hotel entrance doubled as a motorcycle parking and wash station, so sometimes there was water or obstacles to navigate around.

Location was very close to the beach and restaurants, rooftop pool was small but had a gorgeous view. Room was comfortable and sea view was awesome.

Would avoid the breakfast unless you like eggs and only eggs. The rest of the offer for breakfast wasn’t good. Also, do not book if you want this hotel for the gym. We realised on arrival it was just a couple of running machines / cardio machines by the pool bar and no weights/strength training equipment. However there are lots of outdoor gyms along the beach to use.

Really nice room, comfortable and a window in the bathroom to avoid that damp smell we’ve experienced in other places in Vietnam. Staff were attentive but not overly so which we like. Really close to everything with short walk to beach and nice restaurants. Great value for money.

They don’t have private access or access at all to the beach and they mentioned totally the opposite in the reservation and you need to pay to have a spot there

Nothing the hotel could do about it (and it’s probably the same anywhere else in that area) but there was music from a nearby rooftop club late into the night on the Saturday I was there. Didn’t really bother me, but I can see how it might bother a light or early sleeper.

Great location, walking distance to the beach and many cafes, restaurants and nightlife. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was okay, but could benefit from a bit more variety.
