We loved our stay at The Acoustic Hotel. We received a room upgrade which was very appreciated. Very nice room. Great breakfast & free afternoon tea was most welcome. The staff were, without exception, very good - friendly, interested in us and kind.

More hangers and hooks in the rooms are needed, the staff provided us with more hangers when we asked. The coffee offered at breakfast in the restaurant was bland and weak perhaps offering stronger options, like excellent Vietnamese drip or espresso for those who prefer a stronger option. Another (small) annoyance, that we encountered in a few hotels in Vietnam, is that the room doors sounds an alarm if not closed quickly enough, therefore we were awoken a couple of times by others returning in the night. Other than that the hotel is very quiet.

The staff of this hotel is incredible and go the extra mile to make sure you have everything you need. The Acoustic hotel's furnishings exceed a 3 star, the rooms large and well appointed, comfortable King sized bed, the location close to all the sights but remained a quiet sanctuary from the bustle of Hanoi. The breakfast buffet and made to order eggs and soups were the best we had during our 25 day trip in Vietnam. We loved this hotel so much that we booked extra days making it our base in Hanoi while we explored Ha Giang and Ha Long bay. A special thanks to Ms Kim, Ms Oanh and Ruler who made our stay exceptional and treated us like family. The rooftop bar serves the best cocktails and the view from it and the dining room are spectacular.

The gym needs some updating but it's still pretty good.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in the centre near all shops and restaurants. Highly recommend it.

Air conditioning system is a little poor.

The staff is very friendly and marvelous. I could have upgraded room and reception lady took me the room to check it. This is the 1st time for me with such kind service. If I stay in Hanoi in near future, I like to stay this hotel. Also breakfast was delicious.

The Aircon was a bit noisy at night. Also wish that gym had more fitness mats available. Rest was good.

We had a great experience at this hotel, right from the start we knew this hotel was what we wanted. I received an upgrade to a premium family room, very large, well decorated, in an authentic style, extremely clean and well equipped. The staff is extremely eager to help you, thanks for this one! Very good and varied breakfast. I recommend with all my heart!

Excellent service, very friendly, helpful and exceptional staff. We were even upgraded during the whole stay without any extra charge. Delicious food. After checking out we could leave our luggages at the lobby and visit some museums. It was extremely hot and they let us take a shower before leaving the hotel. Thank you so much for the great time!

Starting with the transfer to the hotel, to the smooth check in by Ms. NIH, and our entire stay was excellent, so we liked everything about the property. Sorry, but we don’t have any negative comments because my family and I had no bad experiences.

We liked the room settings, quietness, the hotel location, and the entire hotel staff and services were exceptional. The staff made us feel safe and at home. Shout out to Ms. NIH, and to the room service supervisor, and the Sky bar staff. The Spa, restaurant food, and the sky bar were also outstanding. We highly recommend this property and we would stay there again next time in Hanoi. It made our 6 day trip extra special 🫶🏽👍🏼🤩

Breakfast room is a little small. Rooms are a little bit noisy hearing other guests in the hallway from time to time.

The massage can be improved in terms of skills and pressures...feels like just patting the oils on my body instead of true massage.
