This hotel is really lovely. The staff are amazing and it's in the best location. Highly recommended. We used the pool and the spa and all just great ! They even accommodated a late checkout as we left at 9pm .Would come again .

The Aira was easily the best hotel we stayed at during our travels in Vietnam! The staff could not do more for you. They were outstanding start to finish. Our room was very nice, super clean & very comfy bed. The hotel receptionist Suzy made our stay, after welcoming us to the hotel and walking us through the introductory pack. She informed that there were a number of trips avaliable that we could book through the hotel. We were interested in the Ha Long Bay trip. Suzy took us through our different options and once we decided she handled everything for us. Our Ha Long Bay trip was above expectations so a big thank you to Suzy for her help there! The Aira is also in the perfect location, just on the outskrits of the Old Quarter and a 2 min walk from train street. We also had a lovely drink in the hotels sky bar where you can catch the sunset! Highly recommend!

We booked Aira as our “main-base” for exploring Hanoi and its surroundings and stayed here twice during our vietnam-trip. The hotel and its personnel is very welcoming, competent and offers many amazing trip suggestions (for example Hanoi city tour in an offroad car, foodtour, Ninh Binh etc). Being located in the old quarter and only three minutes from Train Street and in walking-distance from many more sights, the hotel is as central as one can get. The rooms are fully equipped (with a complementary mini-bar), cleaned daily and, despite the central location, very quiet. The rooms are perfect to take a break from exploring. The hotel and room interior is classy. Food-wise the breakfast offered in the hotel is very diverse, with interesting/delicious and western-oriented choices from the a la-carte-menu in addition to the buffet. For lunch and dinner, the restaurant is also very well equipped. The rooftop-terrace offers beautiful sights, but lacks a bit of a “loungy” atmosphere, compared to the restaurant. With all the hotels we stayed during our trip and the ones we saw only from the outside, Aira definitely was our best pick.

More toiletries could have been provided. For instance, there was not body lotion and extra soap would have been nice.

Very nice staff and fantastic location! I spent a week at the hotel since I was in Hanoi for work. I would definitely stay here again, especially since it's centrally located. I had a really nice room and the buffet breakfast was great.

The staff at Aria boutique were so amazing, they made our honeymoon so special. Tony especially was so lovely and helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel if you want a well located hotel with beautiful amenities.

The staff was amazing. Easy check in, lovely greeting. We only stayed on night but when we came back through days later to transfer to Sapa they remembered us and stored our luggage while we found a fast lunch before our driver arrived. Though we'd only stayed at the hotel for a total of 12 hours several days prior, they recognized us and knew our names and it was just ... lovely and attentive. I was very impressed.

Best pick of the hotels we stayed at in Hoi An and Hanoi, the reviews for some were misleading (there’s a big reviewing culture where some hotels really push you to review in front of them, which has led to some inaccurate reviews), this hotel was actually good! In a slightly cleaner area but a couple of minutes walk from train street, breakfast was great, staff were super nice but not over the top. Cool rooftop bar and spa was also good.

We stayed here two nights on each end of Ha Long Bay tour and could not asked for better service from the staff. From the first check in all the way to last check they were amazing! I emphasize that because this hotel is also outstanding in facilities, location and value. The best service I’ve ever had in a hotel. I’ve traveled all over the world in hostels to 5 star hotels. Suzy, Johnny, Tony are 3 names that I think of but all were wonderful!

The people working in the hotel were absolutely fabulous they answered every need I had, answer every question I had and gave me so many recommendations it was so easy to get around and enjoy the city, also the train street is only down the road central location! And they were contactable 24/7 it was an awesome experience staying here I highly recommend!!
