Everything about this hotel was outstanding, the location, the service, buffet breakfast and the most amazing rooms ❤️ we enjoyed our stay here so very much and will definitely be back again.

Not a huge amount of room poolside but we still enjoyed it during the hours of peak heat

Fantastic location near the famous train street (but far enough away to avoid the chaos!). Staff were fantastic - we booked an additional day for when we returned from Bai Tu Long and the hotel were happy to look after our main suitcase and take care of laundry whilst we were away.

This was a beautiful hotel, beautifully decorated and well located. It was quiet but at the same time located close to the French quarter and train street so very lively! The people were just delighted. Very kind and helpful. I felt extremely safe and well looked after. It was great to have a pool to relax and refresh after a hot day.

Rooftop price of drinks way too much..

The staff were very helpful and caring to your needs and inquiries. The rooftop bar was nice, although the drink prices were very high. Roof top pool was OK but small with only 5 loungers. Great location in old quarter. Restaurant was lovely with good food selection at reasonable prices and special mention to Nora who explained about the food and provided 5 star service. Free mini bar as well.

The bikes could get updated in the gym.

The rooms were spacious, clean, comfy and had everything you need. The pool was great especially after sightseeing. The staff were accommodating, friendly and they organised so much for us couldn't be happier 🙂

If you wanted to catch the sun when by the pool it’s limited as it’s under a roof.. but the sides are open and there are large windows so you still get to enjoy the outdoors feeling as well as the view.

Location is perfect to walk out into great shopping, bars and restaurants. The rooftop bar is pretty special as well. Super impressed with the interior design as well.

The Aira was easily the best hotel we stayed at during our travels in Vietnam! The staff could not do more for you. They were outstanding start to finish. Our room was very nice, super clean & very comfy bed. The hotel receptionist Suzy made our stay, after welcoming us to the hotel and walking us through the introductory pack. She informed that there were a number of trips avaliable that we could book through the hotel. We were interested in the Ha Long Bay trip. Suzy took us through our different options and once we decided she handled everything for us. Our Ha Long Bay trip was above expectations so a big thank you to Suzy for her help there! The Aira is also in the perfect location, just on the outskrits of the Old Quarter and a 2 min walk from train street. We also had a lovely drink in the hotels sky bar where you can catch the sunset! Highly recommend!

The only thing I missed was an iron and small ironing board in the room.

We booked Aira as our “main-base” for exploring Hanoi and its surroundings and stayed here twice during our vietnam-trip. The hotel and its personnel is very welcoming, competent and offers many amazing trip suggestions (for example Hanoi city tour in an offroad car, foodtour, Ninh Binh etc). Being located in the old quarter and only three minutes from Train Street and in walking-distance from many more sights, the hotel is as central as one can get. The rooms are fully equipped (with a complementary mini-bar), cleaned daily and, despite the central location, very quiet. The rooms are perfect to take a break from exploring. The hotel and room interior is classy. Food-wise the breakfast offered in the hotel is very diverse, with interesting/delicious and western-oriented choices from the a la-carte-menu in addition to the buffet. For lunch and dinner, the restaurant is also very well equipped. The rooftop-terrace offers beautiful sights, but lacks a bit of a “loungy” atmosphere, compared to the restaurant. With all the hotels we stayed during our trip and the ones we saw only from the outside, Aira definitely was our best pick.

Very nice staff and fantastic location! I spent a week at the hotel since I was in Hanoi for work. I would definitely stay here again, especially since it's centrally located. I had a really nice room and the buffet breakfast was great.

The staff at Aria boutique were so amazing, they made our honeymoon so special. Tony especially was so lovely and helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel if you want a well located hotel with beautiful amenities.
