Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

RomaniaThe breakfast was very poor, we needed to chose from 4 types of menus and they cooked what we've chosen. We chose fried eggs and they came with bread, butter and jam (not such a good quality though). They didn't offer free water as all other hotels in Vietnam did, and didn't have bottled water at the breakfast( only water in glass which was filtered by a filter machine). Not too trusty for us to drink such a water in Vietnam. We needed to pay 6 usd for the transfer from the airport to the hotel and it was quite expensive because the distance is quite short. Grab would have cost less, but we didn't know the costs of the taxis in Vietnam when we booked the hotel. In comparison, we paid just 8 usd for a Grab taxi from the hotel to Hanoi city center (45 minutes by car). They offered us a free shuttle back to the airport though.
Close to the airport. The room is big enough, clean and comfortable good enough for one night stand. We had the flight in the night and they agreed to keep our luggage and offered the possibility to take a shower before leaving at the airport. Friendly staff

GreeceThe area, being outside the city center, doesn't really have any food options (or at least we didn't find any). The room didn't have a window, but that is common in Hanoi
The hotel is very close to the airport so if you are coming in late or flying out early, like us, it its really convinient! The room was very big and clean and the staff was quite helpful.

United KingdomThe room had a slight smoky smell as if the previous guest had been smoking in room. The smell wasn't terrible but unpleasant enough to notice. Open shower so the floor gets soaking after use.
We booked a double room and on arrival were given a family room with bath instead. The room was huge with 2 big double beds and lots of storage space for luggage. Beds were comfortable and the room had everything you would need such as fridge, hairdryer, slippers and toiletries. The bathroom was also big with good hot shower and although we didn't use, the option of a bath with jets. The hotel is a short drive from the airport and they provide a free shuttle back to the airport. The free breakfast was simple but nice. The staff although limited English were very friendly and tried to help the best they could.

It was a little like a disabled room where there was no actual shower enclosure, so when you showered the toilet, bath, all floor was wet. Had to make sure we removed the toilet paper first.....The bath was a nice touch but not needed as only staying one night before flying out. Would have preferred an enclosed shower. That's just me...
We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport. We did not have breakfast there. We arrived in the evening and left in the morning. The bed was comfy.

Very handy to the airport, we stayed there because we had an early flight. Staff were very sweet! Took us to the airport as part of the room cost. Was nice that there were some snacks for purchase in the room.

Perfect spot if you need a place close to the airport. Extremely friendly and helpful staff that speaks great English. Clean and comfortable room. Strong WiFi. Free transport to airport (just 10mins away). Tasty breakfast.
