The room is suitable if you have only a little luggage. Steep stair access to the room making it difficult to bring your stuff up.

The bed was a typical Vietnamese mattress, firm and comfortable. The room was clean and tidy.

Very hard, uncomfortable bed

We were looking for an accomodation for 2 nights in emergency situation, when another hotel canceled our booked accomodation, even it was in the middle of night. Very kind old couple with a nice and funny grandson, who could speak english (for old couple - they dont speak english, but it is not a problem, because they are good at using phone applications to translate).

Staircase is small. It is inconvenient if you have huge luggage and need to carry them into your room at high floors.

Room decoration is nice. It is suitable for teens.

The fridge was not unclean, the bathroom was dirty. I had to buy washing liquid and a cloth, and wash the bathroom myself before I could use it.

Beautiful terrace on the top floor, which I could use (I had a room with a terrace, on the 5th floor, no lift). There was a small fridge in the room which convenient, and a kettle, some cups/plates/cuttlery on the terrace. The homestay is very close to the University of Science and Technology. Bicycles for free. Motorbikes for rent. Friendly hosts.

The place was fine, albeit very hard to find the alley, which is extremely narrow. The owner was very kind and friendly. The area is awesome.

It could have been cleaner, especially the bathroom which had stains on the appliances and toilet seat, and there were used toothbrushes from other guests. Also there was a bad smell coming from the pipes and you could always smell it in the bedroom too. We used the laundry service but it seems the washing machine is old, and our laundry came back with more stains on it then before, so maybe better use a laundry outside. And the the bed was the hardest we had in all southeast Asia.

Great location in a local neighbourhood with not so many tourists, but with a lot of supermarkets and restaurants around. Communicating with the owners was good, even though they don't speak English, but are good with using a translation app.

The host was incredibly welcoming and the room exceeded my expectations in terms pf cleanliness and comfort, especially considering the reasonable price. Its proximity to the city center and the abundance of great dining options nearby made my stay even more convenient. I'll come back!

This place features an absolutely charming and serene garden area, which happens to be my favorite spot. Additionally, there are comfortable seating arrangements where guests can enjoy coffee or tea. The rooms are impeccably clean. The hosts, communicate through Booking with exceptional friendliness and warmth. It's an ideal place for relaxation, offering a refreshing change of pace after long, tiring workdays.

The host are extremely friendly, welcoming and warm-hearted, and even the host's daughter is very amiable. The house is clean, airy, and beautifully decorated with convenient amentities. Moreover, there is a spacious balcony adorned with lush plants, providing a refreshing atnosphere. The facilities including washing machines refrigerators, and air conditioning units, all impeccably maintained. It's definitely worth staying here.

You have to go through a dark alley to find the place. It is safe but it is hard to see at night, and very inconvenient esp when it rains. The towel is a bit too small for me. No elevators.

The owner of the house is friendly and motherly. It is a bit difficult to understand each other, but she uses Google Translate. Don't expect a 5 star hotel, the room is quite simple and very common with Vietnamese houses. But it is good enough for the price you pay.

The owner is very friendly but the mother’s owner is unfriendly. On my last day she called to urge me to clean up continuously even though I had to pay for that room and she moved me to a room next door which was very dirty and she called repeatedly urging me to check out even though I told her daughter I checked out late and didn't charge. I should have given 3 out of 10 for this stay but for that reason I had to think again.

NOISE all the time. It is actually a student dorm situated in university area. Everyday at 6am you will be woken up by student's motorbikes as they rush to the lectures or barking dogs nearby. Moreover on 4th day of my stay the landlord decided to renovate the rooms above me. So at 7am students noise was acompanied by labours driling and shouting till around 7pm. Bed was so hard that it was one level above sleeping on a wooden desk. There was mold in the toilet and on the ceiling.

Old couple which was managing the facility was kind and very helpful. Tried to make everything they could to make this stay more bearable. But that's about it. Internet was good enough to work remotely.

Lovely homestay with friendly staff who are cheerful and happy to help. The homestay is located in the alley but they have taken care to put up signs to guide you to the correct location. There's also a minibar in the room with prices comparable to the convinience store. The location is a student area so there is a lot of cheap delicious food very close by. Would definitely reccomend and would stay again.
