A great homestay located on a small hem (laneway) in District 1. A stone's throw from the sights including museums, eateries and bars. The room was exceptionally clean, very large with a comfortable bed and very quiet for its location. The staff were friendly and helpful with arranging Grab transportation to the airport early in the morning.

Tips to improve: A bigger duvet to fit the bed size. There is a tapping in the wall of room 102. We managed this with ear plugs. Otherwise, it would have kept us awake. Blackout curtains over the bedroom door would be helpful as this door is frosted glass. The sensor light in the hallway came on whenever someone came up the stairs at any hour of the night. We managed this with eye masks.

Location 10/10. Really enjoyed exploring this area. Short walk to district 1's popular attractions. Spacious room. Bed was really comfortable and extra pillows were given to us on request. Staff were helpful and responsive. Good price.

The room was a good size heaps of storage balcony had a really nice view to the alley way with beautiful foliage, perfect location for the pub street and shopping. Also because it’s down an alleyway there is minimal noise from the busy streets.

Since it's on a small side road the taxi cars can not come close to the building. Need to walk about 500mts to the main road. Toilet wast water drain very slowly. So it fills up the toilet.

Room is nice and big and very clean. Staff very helpful.. clean toilet. Ample space to keep your belonging.

Amazing atmosphere thanks to the hosts.Great positive attitude and mindset towards guests.Felt like home immediately because of the warm and kind hospitality given by the owners.Would stay here again. You are in the heart of district 1. If you give the location Yugen Bar to the Grab App you can walk from Yugen Bar to Amazing Merit Ben Than in only 50 Metres.Great Place to stay with amazing value.

Super clean, everything was just perfect i couldn’t believe the price its way too cheap compared to what it is. Also It was crazyly awesome stay its all thanks to the amazing staffs. They are extremely kind, welcoming and warm-hearted local people. I highly recommend this place and i would definitely come back here for my second stay in Saigon

Excellent stay. Very friendly welcome. Big accommodation. Lovely big balcony. Good bed. All facilities very new and working well. Silent good aircondition. Perfect location, close to good shops, restaurants and the famous Bui Vien. Really to recommend! We need to come back.

The alley was a little bit long and creepy at night (but that was just a feeling being as a woman alone. Nothing happend!).

The place is down a smaller by-lane so most time, cabs cannot come down the road and it can be a little isolated if walking at night. However, I didn’t feel unsafe at all as a solo traveler.

Loved my stay at Amazing Merit! It was fully worth the rate and I highly recommend staying here for potential guests looking for a quiet and affordable stay with all amenities. The place was very clean, spacious and had all required facilities from towels and toiletries to Netflix Smart TV and a fridge and hairdryer (bear in mind, this is the bigger Queen’s studio). The manager was very kind and helpful and made sure my stay was comfortable and that I have everything I needed! Restaurants and spas are also just a walk away.

Everything was good!! Just a few things that could be improved 1) Have another mirror in the room instead of one just in the bathroom 2) there were only one pillow for each of us. If there were two pillows for each of us would have been nicer

It’s down a bit of an alley, where cars can’t go, so you have to carry your luggage in, about 100 meters, no big deal. Definitely worth the short walk.

Only slight downside was shower was slow draining...more of a maintenance issue than anything wrong.

I normally can't be bothered to leave reviews but this was one of the best rooms I've stayed in during my time in Vietnam (2 months) and the people that run it were so friendly and helpful they looked after our bags all day.

Nothing bad, just suggestions - would be nice to have a full size mirror in the rooms and maybe even a small sofa as the rooms are definitely big enough for one! :)

We came here last minute after being unhappy with a dirty Airbnb. They accepted our booking right away and I’m so happy for it! The room (and building in general) were extremely clean and modern. Our room was huge and spotless, a good sized bed, a balcony, Netflix and a lot of wardrobe space. Air-con works perfectly and there’s even a little lamp with extra plugs/USB charging ports. The decoration was very chic. The hosts of the building were very nice and accommodating, always willing to help. The apartment is down an alleyway near a lot of amenities and about 15 from Walking Street by foot but it was not loud at night at all. Overall a great stay!

The bathroom design is not very good. Water is everywhere after shower. Aircon remote doesn't work properly. No big mirror in the room Glass door cannot cover the light from outside Overall those are not big deals for us but it could be improved for better experience.

Spacious room. Very good location, can move around through alleys easily. Quiet area Staffs are super friendly and we even got a gift when check out. The guy also kindly helped us to bring the luggages to the room.

Super comfortable bed. We slept so well in it. Very safe as well as there is a locked door at the entrance of the premise. The owners are very helpful and always answered quickly to our messages. Huge room. The AC works really well. We almost had no chance to use the balcony but its a greaz spot to calm down at night. Also a big plus: there was no noise at all. We were able to sleep without gezting disturbed by anything. They had towels prepared for us as well. Some soap for cleaning our hands would have been nice. The TV had Netflix.

Location is great. Ben Thanh Market, Independence Palace, Bui Vien street, etc. are in walking distance. The room is clean. Surrounded by all type of eatings, cafes, etc. They give you new towels and water every 2 days. The staffs are really nice and sweet. They gave me a cute notebook as farewell souvernier 🫶. Highly recomend.

The room was sparkling clean with all amenities working. Located in a quiet spot near the city center with a nice, welcoming and helpful family living in. The only place in Vietnam looking better then the pictures. Strongly recommend
