The staff are pleasant and helpful, but don't speak very advanced English, so might find it difficult to deal with complicated problems or requests. Noise from other guests is sometimes a problem, as the hotel has a very compact floorplan, with all the room doors clustered closely together around the small hallway in front of the elevator. So, guests with young children, or guests who yell at each other when entering or leaving their rooms will be particularly annoying. There is a very small infinity plunge pool on the roof, but it didn't appear to be in use during my visit. There don't seem to be any other facilities - restaurant, business centre, spa, gym, etc. A basic hotel, but very comfortable, and very reasonably priced.

Great location, only five minutes' walk from the seafront, and right in the heart of town - with many shops, bars, and restaurants within easy reach. Yet it is also unusually quiet, as it is on the last short block of its street before the road ends in a large gated housing compound, so there is almost no through traffic going past it. (The windows seem pretty robust anyway, and provided good insulation against whatever outside noise there might have been.) Higher storeys on the east side of the building offer a glimpse of the sea half a kilometre or so away. The rooms are a fairly good size, and extremely comfortable. The A/C is fairly quiet, the wifi works well, and - most unusually for Vietnam - there is actually quite a good Internet TV package, with an easy-to-navigate menu in English, and several good movie options (though I didn't manage to find any sport).

Super quiet street! Rooms are larger than others, spacious bathroom also! A/C is strong. Friendly staff. Frig does not turn off when you leave. Daily housekeeping and refills of bottled water and coffee bags.

Excellent value for money. Pleasant room with modern design, huge windows, and super comfortable bed. Good customer service as well. My train was delayed by several hours but the night receptionist was still there to check me in at 3:30 in the morning.

Went to use the pool one day and it was filthy, cans and cigarettes everywhere around it. Think a group of people had a late night there, and when we tried to use it later it was closed for maintenance. I assume that was to deep clean the area. Not the fault of the hotel but other guests unfortunately. At least very close to the beach if the pool is unavailable.

Staff were very friendly. Room was amazing, big, spacious, very clean. Amazing views of the city and big windows. Very good location in the city.

Nothing all perfect, window in bathroom let’s light in but easily covered over

Not usually I say everything but this hotel was amazing for the price, great location down a quiet street short walk to the beach and many restaurants and bars, staff always on hand to help always smiling, can’t recommend this place enough, we were booked for 5 nights but ended up booking an extra 4 nights as we liked it here so much, would definitely stay again

Absolutely nothing!

Cant fault this place! Showers are great, bathroom and everywhere is so clean. We got an overnight bus from Hoi An and they even let us check in early at midday for free. Free tea and coffee etc. Great location aswell, not too far from the beach.

Everything was amazing at this hotel The staff is super friendly and the girls at the front desk are super nice and cute 🥰 Will definitely return here. Amazing rooms, great TV with HD English movie channels, 5 min walk to the beach, many restaurants nearby.

I had an excellent stay at the Amber. The hotel is convenient for the centre of Nha Trang and the hotel staff are very welcoming. I would definitely stay at the Amber on my next visit to Vietnam.

Excellent, I did travel with fam, this is great hotel at center of Nha Trang, quite nearby beach, coffee shops,… We can stay 3people in one room with 1double & 1single bed without extra cost, otherwise this hotel very new & clean, staffs friendly Good place to be, highly recommended 👍🏻 Note: air condition didnt working good

Nice lift. Small but clean pool which you can also use in the evening. The view over the city was very good. Good location. Cheap laundry. Friendly staff.
