The hotel is very close to a local club which you can hear from the room. It wasn't too loud and we were able to sleep with ear plugs in.

Staff were very helpful. Our coach was delayed so we turned up 20mins after the check-in deadline. She was very helpful and even helped with carrying our bags to our room.

The only concern was the shower over the bath. Because water going everywhere (as Vietnamese bathrooms don't use shower screens) it made getting in and out of the bath/shower a bit hazardous. Not a big deal, but something to be aware of if mobility is an issue.

Amigo Hotel was easy to find and located in the heart of the tourist area. This meant it was noisy at night, but the music etc seemed to stop around midnight and nothing ear plugs couldn't fix. The location was great for food etc. The room was great; comfortable and clean. It's a walk-up, so be aware of that. The staff were incredibly helpful, and we were able to get our laundry done quickly and cheaply. We were also able to leave our bags until our late transport, which was really helpful. Amigo is definitely worth staying at, and we'd stay again.

Would have been nice to offer simple breakfast as not many places open early morning

Good position for walks and night street. Advantage of being there over weekend when they close off night market Street to traffic, more enjoyable to sit and people watch with a beer Organised a car and driver for us for 4 hours to do pagodas etc then to airport next day. Very helpful

Somethings like the bath mat didn't seem to have been washed. There seems to be a club or bar next door that played loud music at night.

Located close to the main tourist area and in walking distance. The staff didn't speak English so well but they tried to be helpful. I liked that there was a desk in the room so I could work. Otherwise a fairly normal hotel room. It was good for the night we were there.

At first, we were given a room with clean bedsheets but dirty towels and dirty toilette. The guy at the reception does not speak English so he called the owner who was nice and changed our room. However, we slept in three in a big double bed instead of the triple room. No breakfast option.

Good location and nice and kind staff. They helped us finding a bus for our next destination for a decent price.

Our room was very noisy from nearby bars/restaurants. Light sleepers should perhaps ask to be on higher floors. It was really damp in the room. Giving a 7 though as the staff were so great and the room was otherwise nice.

While we only stayed 1 night, our sink was leaking the entire time we were there to the point our bathroom floor was flooded. We required flip flops to simply go to the toilet, otherwise we'd be standing in a puddle. The response from staff was that they couldn't get anyone to fix it because of a holiday (though we were at the tail end of the holiday) and said they were unable to change our room. Only 1 towel was offered to help clean up the water, though, a bucket under the leak would have worked better and a mop was definitely required. The next day, when I asked for an extra 30mins for check out (12:30pm instead of 12pm) due to our transportation being delayed, they said it would be a full night's charge.

Room/beds were clean and property was well located for a quick stay in Hue. Quiet overnight, but still nearby the nightlife that is available in town. Cheap for a reason, but could be a really nice place with some maintenance and better customer service.

The bedrooms are quite run down and old and the bathrooms aren’t great at all.

It was in a great location and was very clean. The were all very kind and helpful and it was good value for money.

The room is quite dirty. I found a food can lid with rubbish inside the table beside the bed. Also, the hot tube did not work and we had to use cold water. We also got charged an extra fee for renting a bike although we only use it for 1 day. The staff did not notify any information about the deadline for returning the bike back although they knew that we only stay 1 day. Really disappointed. The host also gave me the wrong bill by adding more than 100,000 VND.

One of the good points of this hotel is its location. You can easily take a grab to center quickly as well as have a walk along the Huong River.
