We had a wonderful time staying here. The staff are kind, speak English well (thank you Sunny!) and we wish we could have stayed longer (we stayed 4 nights). The rooms are clean, great facilities, relaxing pool amongst a lovely garden. The shuttle bus to and from town was so helpful. Can’t wait to come back one day!

Location of the hotel is great, a short cab into town or to the beach. Room was very spacious and comfortable, with a nice balcony overlooking the good sized swimming pool. We didn't eat in the hotel, so cannot comment on the food. Staff - super nice and extremely helpful, cannot do enough to look after you, but in a very genuine way. As we live in Hanoi, we will be back for sure.

Everything! Especially the clean and beautiful room and comfortable bed. We travelled with our 4 children (from 10 to 17 years old) and booked a family room and a deluxe room. The rooms were clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Everything including the services was perfect and up to international standards! We will definitely come back!

I travelled with my wife and daughter. We had a connecting room which was ideal. We throught the value for money was excellent. Large comfortable rooms with ac. Garden atmosphere. Large swimming pool. Great breakfast. There are a lot of friendly staff overseen by Sunny. Sunny is sunny! Will look after you and make sure you know the best way to enjoy Hoian. The town is 4km down the road. Theres a shuttle bus, but we went for taxi/grab at £2.50. We didnt get a chance to enjoy the restaurant, but i bet it would be good.

Home feel hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Swimming pool and jacuzzi are available. Free shuffle to and from Hoi An Old Town. River view restaurant, food are delicious with reasonable price. Cocoboats and fishing boats in the river are easily seen. Sunny is nice, helpful and efficient. She is ready to serve whenever required. Staff Vy at frontdesk is nice and friendly. We enjoyed and relaxed very much during our hotel stay from 6.3.2024 to 9.3.2024. We would like to have another stay at this hotel in the nearer future.

It's a shame that it's a little far from Old Town.

The kindness of the manager and the information woman at the resort was the best resort I've ever been to. The resort facilities were clean and the water temperature of the swimming pool was so good. If I go on a trip to Hoi An again, I will visit again.

Maybe the shower head is not that good. But it's ok. The function is good and the water is hot.

Good experience in every aspects. The stuff here were so nice especially Sunny, who gave us a lot of useful information and also help us with the difficult transportation during the holiday. The view is beautiful too, it's a pity for us to stay here for just one night. Hope we will have a chance to stay here longer next time!

The service was amazing. We rented a motorbike from the hotel, but on the way we had a flat tire. The hotel manager immediately sent a man who brought us a new bike and took care of the old one. all within 20 minutes. The location is great because it is in a quiet and peaceful place. The hotel offers free shuttle service to and from Hoi An (the hotel is only 5-6min away from the city Center). All of the employees were extremely friendly. You feel like at home in the hotel.

It was one of the best stays we've had in a while. The whole team was super attentive and genuinely friendly. From recommending local spots to small personal touches, everyone made us feel right at home. The rooms were clean and well maintained with all the facilities easily accessible. The location is perfect for a bit of peace and quiet. You can actually hear the birds chirping! The Old Town is just a 5-minute grab ride and we never had trouble getting a ride back. Hotel shuttle was also an option and included in our stay. The spa was really nice and relaxing, and the Vietnamese massage was a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring the city . Overall, it was a great break from the usual city noise and the staff's hospitality really makes a difference.

We had the most amazing stay here. We booked this hotel last minute but it didn't disappoint. The staff were beautiful. We had our 18 month old son with us on our honeymoon, and they gave us so much care and attention. They helped us book a driver and showed us some great places to eat. I wish we could stay longer. Thank you for helping us enjoy our holiday in hoi an.

The hotel is a bit far from the town, but they offer a free shuttle bus twice per day at 9am and 3pm, somehow it'll be more convenient if it can be more times in a day.

The room is spacious, clean, nice deco, comfortable. The breakfast is delicious, various. And the most significant thing in this hotel is the staffs - they are very helpful, enthusiastic, and always smile that make us really feel warmly.
