The room is facing the front road which is quite noisy with not stop honking from car and motorbike. I felt itchiness with bug bit after woke up from the bed the next morning, nevertheless my family did not feel it, but always good if they will sanitize the bed each time the previous guest check out.

Good location and friendly staffs who are always wanting to help. Wifi is fast, room and bathroom is clean.

Staying at the Beryl Charm Hotel and Spa was a delightful experience. Sofia welcomed me warmly with a refreshing juice drink and snacks. To my pleasant surprise, I was upgraded to a VIP room with a balcony, which provided a lovely spot to relax. The room itself was incredibly spacious. The hotel's location is superb, situated close to the famous Hanoi train street, making it an ideal place to stay in the heart of Hanoi.

I liked everything about the hotel

Cozy hotel, clean room, hotel in Ha Noi old town with all main attractions within a few minutes walk, young, kind, friendly and professional staff. Thanks to all the staff, but a special thanks to Sofia for her professionalism, kindness, and always with a beautiful smile trying to satisfy all the requests I asked of her during my stay. I don’t know why the hotel received a lot of bad reviews. Some expectations are too high?

Located in very good location, only takes 10 mins of walking to the centre of Old Quarter. The staff was kind and friendly. They recommended us to have dinner in a nice restaurant. Besides, we are satisfied with the tour we booked with Sofia, who was really helpful during our trip in Vietnam. She contacted us in advance to make sure everything is on plan. They also provide service to arrange our transportation to the airport. Highly recommend to stay.

For this time staying, I had some great memory with the staff in the hotel. They offered me to stay in a bigger room than I booked for my comfortable. They said it’s because I’m their friend. The experience I had in Beryl Charm is excellent than anywhere in Hanoi. The staff truly care about your experience in the hotel and in Hanoi. I love my stay. Anyway, room is nice and clean and good view. I’ll come back

All OK, nothing really bad. With a little fix-up this could be a great hotel.

The location is excellent, same as the staff who will go above and beyond to support. The hotel has a rusty charm, obviously used to be splendid but could use some fix-up. Rooms are totally ok for the price, but do not expect anything extraordinary. Breakfast is an good start in the day, but same as the rooms nothing extraordinary.
