The room was slightly dated and could do with upgrading, but still very clean.

The rice bar was delicious and the all day cheers package was a good deal. Both pools were great and staff were absolutely wonderful.

Having to pay for everything. Complimentary non motorised water sports, push bikes and even golf buggies would make a big difference given the remote location. Improved consistency of staff would be good. Some are very attentive while it’s really difficult to get the attention of orhers!

A small convenience store in the property would be nice. Otherwise you have to get a taxi to go out.

Loved the breakfast variety and especially coffee drinks. Staff at breakfast was amazing- remembering our coffee drinks, inviting us to try coconut caphe. We were traveling with our grandson- so we did crafts (coconut bowl and candle making). Very fun and wonderful staff helping. We loved the foam party and special foods at that time. The beach is great for long walks. It was fun to swim in the ocean and nice to have a lifeguard nearby. The canals in the pool were fun to spend lots of time in the water exploring and get in and out of sun. Had a wonderful massage with very good massage therapist, Tina. Loved the tea before and tea and fruit after. Very pampering. Overall- staff was exceptional. Their kindness, smiles and helpfulness made our trip amazing. Thank you.

Restaurant service was poor and inconsistent - staff were in attentive and slow (Moomba, Azura & Rice Bar).

The hotel & support staff were friendly and attentive. Room cleanliness was excellent. Saffron, Rice Bowl and the breakfast buffet - staff was attentive and food was great.

Elegant resort, quiet, relaxing, very well run with attentive staff. I stayed in a lovely hotel room, every detail was top notch. Room service was very good, the breakfast buffet was sumptuous. My friends stayed in a villa nearby with their children, there are no shops near the slightly remote resort compound, they said they would bring more groceries next time, so that's a head's up. We were able to travel between our accommodations by chauffeured golf cart, very handy! There are organized activities every day. Beautiful setting. Great experience.

Wasnt that we didnt like it. Just wanted to advise if you want external restaurants this resort is remotely located so you will need to eat at the restuarants at the resort. There are plenty of choices so for us it was no problem . It was perfect for what we were looking for. However if you want to be closer to Danag this is over a hour drive away .

Breakfast was excellent and staff were very helpful. Lots to do at the resort. Our two bedroom townhouse was huge and the view was lovely over the ocen. Food at the restaurants was excellent. We Departed at 6am from the hotel to catch a plane home. Our Family of 5 all had a bag of breakfast goodies waiting for us at checkout and drinks which was welcomed.

We stayed here for golf so it was good that it's next to the golf course but it takes more than 1 hour to Hue city. The TV in the room is not smart TV and the channels are limited, difficult to operate the tv and lighting in the room

The best part is that we got a free upgrade to a better room, bigger with living room and private pool. The room is amazing with ocean views and the bathtub is big enough for both of us comfortably. The breakfast is amazing, 5-star level and the staff are super helpful. The hotel is very luxurious, beautiful scenery and the in-house restaurants are world class. The gym and spa is superb, fitted with latest equipment and spacious, sauna and steam room are nice.

I found the coffee to be a bit of a disappointment after enjoying wonderful coffee in the hotel in Saigon. The putting of service on every bar and restaurant bill was a bit strange, I am used to being given the option to pay service if I choose to, not being expected to pay service. Some of the hotel was a bit tired and in need of maintenance.

I loved the beach. The staff especially a man called TU were very friendly and helpful. The menu in MOOMBA could have been more varied. I really liked the accommodation we booked and the partnership with Banyan Tree.

Great 4 night stay with family of 4. We did most of the sports activities. We had Khan as our guide for all of them, and he was incredible. From getting our boy to stand up water skiing to knowing how to handle a friendly monkey on our bike ride!

Location is very far to visit Huế or Danang and other places. Breakfasts were so so, taste is ok but poor dishes. Sleeping pillow was a bit high that made my neck pain.

Christmas gala dinner was not as nice as the other meals we had. A wonderful spread, but as always with a buffet, not as nice as freshly prepared food (although the BBQ selection was good if you caught it fresh off the grill).

The staff were very attentive, and knew you by name, who the others in your post were, any food allergies eye remembered and be staff the next day were aware. Probably the best & must personalised customer service I've experienced. Our room had a wonderful panoramic view of the ocean & the pools. Our massage with Lydia was excellent. Very experienced and professional masseur.
