My room with a balcony was a joke... the balcony was 2 ft wide, couldn't even fit a chair out there. It overlooked a school. The kids were cute but super loud. The building actually says Cherry hotel which would have helped to know.

Location was great. Bed was super comfy. 2 bottles of water given free daily.

Noise from the street, sea view- yes, but from far, far away, absent host when we needed to ask about bikes

Early check-in was not provided we had to keep the bag near reception (which was very helpful and safe) until 2pm where as in other city we got early check-in

Overall the rooms were spacious, they provided us with the rental scooter and were very friendly, near to the da nang beach, hill lady Buddha pagodas and 25km from hoi an lantern city. Addon was the clean rooftop heated pool with water circulation facing the beach amazing view.

Rooms were not that clean. I dropped my clothes on the floor and it went under the bed and I found a random sock under there along with a lot of dust and crumbs. At that time I was only in the room for an hour so I knew it wasn’t mine. Beds are very hard and the sheets don’t fit over the bed so I woke up to sleeping on half of the bare mattress.

Affordable, located in the best area of Da Nang if you want to be close to the beach. 2 minute walk to beach which was super nice. Staff are nice. Air conditioner worked well

The shower drain is broken. Slightly unpleasant smell in the room. Also staff told me they don't have a free room for 1 more day, but It was available in booking.com. Wrong location on the map!

Some rooms have no windows, you should to check your booking before. Also taxes are not included. The air conditioning in my room didn’t work well.

The room was said to have a few things like balcony. This wasn't true. Out of 50 channels they only had 1 English channel. The reason I mention the non existent English channel is that the weather was awful, constant rain and wind. So was stuck in room for most of the trip

Maybe harsh on the back of it as the price was ridiculously good and due to the weather, we had to spend a lot more time than we had wished in the room. This probably lead to us not liking it as much. Walls are very thin, we heard 2 people arguing for 2 of the days and it just didn’t feel as clean as it had in the pictures or for what you’d expect.

Really good value for money, rooms didn’t let in too much light which i see as a benefit.

Room aircon was not working (it only blew air, it did not cool or dry). This was reported to reception first day and never fixed (I don't think they understood the problem) resulting in us being unable to dry anything during the floods. Booking com offered early check-in, but this only means one hour early (1pm), so we ended up paying an extra half day rate. Be aware that taxes at this property are additional to the price quoted on Booking com. Had a problem with towels. Gave two, only got one in return and seems they thought we were stealing because reluctant to replace second one.

Rooftop pool (3m x 9m) was clean and had a great view (dirty glass though), but surroundings need maintenance to be made safe (broken tile, broken grates, slippery tiles). Upgraded to a sea view room as booked room not ready.

Shower doesn’t work Pool is gross. Filter is green and there are mould marks all around. No functioning restaurant or bar like it says in the description Random tv swap just after we checked in. Beds are separate when we paid for a double bed. Smells of damp in bathroom No windows so room is extremely dark. We did have one window but it linked to the stairs so couldn’t have it open. Asked to book a bus to hoi an. Staff were useless and just told us to go and book at the bus station which was a half hour drive away. Staff were just unhelpful in general. Light sensor on stairs turns on when you move in bed. Towels were ripped and had holes in them Air conditioner is extremely loud
