The couch was still dirty from the previous guests. I asked reception to have it cleaned, but it never happened. The first morning housekeeping came to the room before 8am. Every single morning they came back early between 8am and 8.30am although every day I asked not to come before 10am. Really?? I'm on holiday!! Please allow me a slow morning! The hotel can really improve in respecting guest's wishes!

My room with a balcony was a joke... the balcony was 2 ft wide, couldn't even fit a chair out there. It overlooked a school. The kids were cute but super loud. The building actually says Cherry hotel which would have helped to know.

Location was great. Bed was super comfy. 2 bottles of water given free daily.

Early check-in was not provided we had to keep the bag near reception (which was very helpful and safe) until 2pm where as in other city we got early check-in

Overall the rooms were spacious, they provided us with the rental scooter and were very friendly, near to the da nang beach, hill lady Buddha pagodas and 25km from hoi an lantern city. Addon was the clean rooftop heated pool with water circulation facing the beach amazing view.

Me and my friend are travelling Vietnam, this hotel is an amazing value for money. The hotel is nice and clean (room cleaned daily, with complementary bottled water restocked) the location was a 5 minutes walk from the beach which could be seen from the roof top pool. Staff lovely, they didn't speak much English but nothing Google translate couldn't solve. Amazing value for money and would definitely stay again.

Rooms were not that clean. I dropped my clothes on the floor and it went under the bed and I found a random sock under there along with a lot of dust and crumbs. At that time I was only in the room for an hour so I knew it wasn’t mine. Beds are very hard and the sheets don’t fit over the bed so I woke up to sleeping on half of the bare mattress.

Affordable, located in the best area of Da Nang if you want to be close to the beach. 2 minute walk to beach which was super nice. Staff are nice. Air conditioner worked well

I made the mistake of thinking I was rebooking the same room for a month but I accidentally booked another room I felt since I inquired with one of the young ladies at the desk about extending my stay someone should have contacted me Other than that I enjoyed my stay immensely

The shower drain is broken. Slightly unpleasant smell in the room. Also staff told me they don't have a free room for 1 more day, but It was available in booking.com. Wrong location on the map!

Some rooms have no windows, you should to check your booking before. Also taxes are not included. The air conditioning in my room didn’t work well.
