The bed was very hard. The light on the hot water cistern didn't turn on, so I'm not sure whether it was working or not. Since I stayed during summer, it was so hot that the water was probably warm enough with heating.

Cheap, clean, quick and easy check in and check out. Has a lift (or elevator if you speak American). 15 minutes walk to the international airport terminal with light baggage, although it does require crossing a large road. WiFi worked better than expected. TV had Netflix (although as you would expect I had to sign in with my own account).

I arrive at 4am in the morning to have a bit sleep before go to the airport in the morning. The man at the night shift charge me more than the price that show on booking.com. I didn't want argue with him because it's take too much time so I paid his price.

I didn't like anything at all. Staff was rude and asked to pay again at the property and I asked to double check with Booking.com as I have paid already. They kept going on and on about payment at the property so I didn't want to argue with them and I left. It was awful. I would like to claim the money back.

My only very minor complaint was that none of the power switches were labelled and the hot water tank had no light on it, so it was a little difficult to work out whether it was on or not. There's also not much to do in the local area, but that's true of all of the hotels near the airport since it's way out in the middle of nowhere.

I booked this place because it was very cheap and close to the airport. It's 15 minutes walk to the international terminal or 30 minutes walk to the domestic terminal. Getting a taxi is pretty easy if you just start walking, although you need to be careful about getting ripped off. (Price should now be more than 50k.) The hotel is basic but clean and everything worked. Check in and check out were quick and easy. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The TV even had Netflix, although I had to sign in my own account to use it. This isn't a place for a long stay, but for a one night stopover it's great. The centre of Hanoi is a long way from the airport, so it's often not worth going there if you're arriving late and then leaving the following morning.

When I stayed in the hotel on 6th March 2023, the staff asked me for money in cash and I paid. A month after, I got my credit card report and it was stated that I also pay with CC on 8th March 2023. I confirmed to the staff and they said they made a mistake, they told me they're going to return the money but until now I didn't get anything, my last message even got ignored by them. If I didn't tell them, they wouldn't check the issue. Jeez! Sorry I have to give bad rating because of this. It's not about the money, it's about the integrity. Please never do this again to the other customers!!! And yes, I didn't get my money back!

Actually the place is in a good location, it's near the airport. The room is clean, hot water is well functioned, complete amenities, and everything you expect from a good hotel.
