A great place to stay. The host is friendly and polite. The apartment has everything I need, always clean. The wifi speed is extremely good. Quiet neighborhood, located right next to the beach with many water sports activities, beach volleyball, not far away there is a beautiful beachside coffee shop.

The apartment next to the beach is very nice. Can swim and surf. There are many activities on this beach such as volleyball, football... Local people also fish nearby so it is easy for you to experience the local culture here. Great location to go to every location in Da Nang, friendly and hospitable host, clean room, fully equipped. They provide all the services that tourists need, so they are very convenient and easy to access for first-time visitors to Da Nang, Vietnam. It won't take long to get in tune with the pace of Vietnamese life. A wonderful and exciting experience in my life.

The building is located next to a beautiful beach. The apartment is very clean and always cared for by the landlord. The host is a friendly family and helps you whenever you need it. Check-in and check-out are very flexible and easy. Free entry and exit hours, with a key code at the main gate. Best internet speed anywhere I've been, always around 300mbps, suitable for my remote work.

Operated by a very cute, friendly and polite small family. The house is always clean and airy with gentle sea breezes. As my room overlooks the vast ocean. A modern well-furnished 1 bedroom apartment in a small hotel with super friendly staff. Cool neighbourhood, comes alive in the late afternoon along the beach - sea breeze, street food beach soccer and volleyball. Seafood everywhere. A handful of hotels here, so way fewer tourists. Head north along the beach, walk 5 minutes to Cho Cá Gỗ - chilled bar with bean bags, simple food and drinks done well, local prices, family friendly. Also a patrolled swimming area and beach shower facilities here. Head west alona Lê Van Thúr. walk 5 minutes to Mân Thái market for fresh produce, flowers, clothes etc. Many services and popular food spots around the market. Small restaurants open 10.30am-1pm with home-style cooking. Try charcoal grilled marinated pork chops, fried eag, pickled vegetables, rice and soup $1. Don't be shy, people are friendly. Escape the throng of tourist town. It's a 5 minute Grab car along the coast for $2-$3 if you need an ATM, a burger or some tourist nightlife.

Absolutely worth staying at for a few nights. It is exactly in front of the beach, but probably the quieter/less busy end(pro or a con depending on what you're looking for). The rooftop is great with a really nice breeze for hot summer days and nights with a direct and open view of the beachfront. The room itself is as described-nothing fancy but has everything you need. I had to check-in early & the host was very responsive and accommodating. They ere very nice when I met them at the front desk for check in and check out. I staved here a few nights while arranging a medium term apartment rental and it worked out exactly as I wanted to.Would recomment

So close to the beach, which was great! Shop near by and easy to walk to areas with coffee shops and restaurants, if not can get a taxi takes no time. Perfect base in Da Nang away from the crowded areas but close enough to get to places.

This was a beautiful little apartment block located right along the beach. room was spacious and very clean and the staff were exceptionally obliging and offered some great tour suggestions.

Anstay boasts of an excellent location. It is right opposite the beach and easy to find. The hotel itself is quite new and modern. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We booked the Ocean View room. The room itself is not too big but not too small either. The view from the balcony is fantastic. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location! It was convenient to go anywhere. Even though we were not good at English, they were kind to us and provided detailed advice on sightseeing and arranging taxis. While there are not many rooms with balconies in Da Nang. this hotel has a great environment where you can relax on the balcony while looking out at the sea. The rooms and cleaning are great, very clean

Nothing to complain!

The staff is friendly, polite, super nice. The bed is very soft and comfortable with a great view of the sea, welcoming the sunrise every morning right on the bed. The hotel is quiet and yet right on the beach, there is a small supermarket and both street food and high-quality seafood right in front of the door. The hotel is beautifully airy, the rooms spacious, clean and cool, quiet at night. We stayed much longer than intended because it was so nice :)))

The hotel is located in a peaceful beach area, it will not be suitable for those who like to enjoy the bustle, but it is not far, only about 1.5km to the beach. Taxis and grabs here are quite popular and cheap, so it's easy to get anywhere you want

We booked an apartment expecting a sea view, but booked the wrong room, they were willing to change our room for a reasonable difference in money. We asked for the highest possible room as its was our anniversary and they were able to (4th floor) Room was very spacious, modern, comfy, clean, great view and big tivi with Netflix. Bathroom is very nice. Good walk in wardrobeand plenty shelving next to desk to put all our clothes in. We were there for 7 nights so it made our stay more comfortable. Staff friendly and attentive especially the 1 guest relations officers. They will come talk or will text with us daily to check how our stay is and will resolve any issues/questions. Our shower was draining slowly and they sent someone to fix it right away. Room service, housekeeping and reception 24hrs. Free water bottles provided daily and mor can be orderer as needed. We'd definitely stay here again

The facilities and staff exceeded our expectations. Guest Relation officers asked us everyday if they could improve our stay or make our stay more memorable. There was nothing we could tell them. The view from the terrace is amazing.

Make sure you book yourself an apartment with a sea view, the sea view here is stunning. In addition, the room has a private balcony, with a terrace as a common area, you can relax here and enjoy the wonderful view of the sea. There are several local restaurants and many street food options around the hotel. You can book a grab to go to the center where there are many local specialties. The receptionist here will guide you attentively. It only takes 15 minutes to get to the airport, overall it's great
