It was a clean, spacious room on a quiet street. 5 muns walk to the beach. It had lots of restaurants and convenience shops close by. WiFi was good. The owner was super helpful. We wanted to receive parcels and he allowed us to use his number just in case we were not in. I would recommend this place

The view from the bedroom on the first floor (ground floor) is directly on a wall so it’s a bit dark but for the price it’s still worth it The bed was not the most comfy we had during our trip, but again it’s more than acceptable for the price.

For the price i paid, this room was absolutely massive, felt more like a suite. Had closet, big loving room-type space, a giant balcony. I didn't use the facilities though they were great.

Because of the air conditioner, we heard water dropping out. But after a while we could ignore the sound, it was not that bad.

The communication with the host was easy and he was very nice and helpful. We liked the stylish and modern apartment and it was very close to the beach. It was easy to extend our stay. We are very satisfied.

She's a warm host who always welcomes me with a smile The room is comfortable and the windows are big, so it is well ventilated The bathroom is clean, too The bedding is soft, so it's great to sleep in It's so nice to have a washing machine and a dryer on the five floor It is really hard to find a house with room condition at this price in Danang So I strongly recommend this place if you are going to stay in Da Nang If I visit Da Nang again, I will definitely come back

Really nice location in a quieter neighbourhood, lovely coffee shops nearby, great food spot down the road called "Bao An". 10 mins walk from beach. Really comfortable studio apartment with balcony. We were sad to leave.

The place is very nice and has a good location, it's near everything! The internet is very fast. There is a cafe at the nearby corner that serves really good coffee and host that speaks English. The place is very clean and homey. We firmly believe what made this place special is the host and her family, Family is very kind and generous. Communicating with them in English won't be a problem. As a tourist, the host makes sure that we get to see the best Da Nang has to offer. If we're back in Da Nang, for sure, without a doubt we will book this place again.

The owners are really friendly. We arrived earlier than our check-in time and they let us in by providing us with the door code we kept our bags and went out exploring. The host was very active in suggesting places and food to eat around. It was my first time traveling to a distant country and Anstay gave me some fond memories. I would definitely stay here if I travel to Da Nang again, which I mostly will.

The host is very friendly and welcoming. They let us check in a little early with no problem and were happy to hold our luggage for a few hours after we left. The apartment looks very nice, the room is spacious and fully equipped for a long stay, They will clean the room for you anytime you need so the room is always clean.

The kitchen amenities were dirty and we wouldn't use it for eating. There was also something strange on the walls mostly in the bathroom. Also the AC was leaking and making noise (but they quick-fixed it). You have the washing machine available but most of the time it's full. But overall it was great price to value ratio and one of the best accommodation we had in Vietnam.

I like that a young couple is running such a modern type of hotel. Nice and quiet location close to the sea. The bed mattress was very comfortable. Wifi was amazing.

Had a wonderful stay at Hana’s place! It felt very homely and Hana greeted us with cold drinks whenever we returned from a day out. Communication with Hana was great from the beginning and she was very flexible with check-in & check-out times. Hana was so accommodating and allowed us to keep our luggage & room while we spent a couple days in Hoi An. It was very convenient having access to the laundry machine on the top floor. Would definitely recommend Hana’s place!

Hana is the best, literally the best host I met so far. She’s friendly, helpful and always trying her best to provide me the best comfort possible. She would recommend me places to play, see, shop. Some local experiences and what to avoid! If you travel to da nang, especially first timer, her place is definitely the must.

It was a very delightful stay. Food was easy to come by. There were plenty of food stalls around the neighbourhood for breakfast/lunch. As for dinner you would have to explore and walk 10/15 mins and you’ll find some street stalls outside of the neighbourhood. A few restaurants and marts nearby as well. 5/10 mins walk to the beach. The room is well suited if you are travelling alone or with a partner. It’s very cozy and well kept. Nothing much you can do in the room but I’m sure no one will be spending their entire day indoors. Hanh is such an amazing host, always asking if I needed any assistance. Gave me some good recommendations on what to do and where to eat. Overall good experience, will definitely stay over again if I’m in Da Nang.

Couldn't figure out how to make Netflix work :( Was supposed to book another night, but there was some issues with booking.

Nice location, nearby the beach. Really comfy bed. All necessities were there - water heater, some cooking ware, ref and a stylish bathroom. Plenty of sunlight! Best of all, one of the warmest and most helpful hosts in Vietnam! Super helpful and made sure I enjoyed my stay, even tho I was just there for one night. All this for a very affordable price! Can't wait to stay again!

There is no elevator. If you have a problem to go up the stair to 2nd, 3rd, 4th or 5th Floor, this place may not be suitable for you.

Checked-in easily. The owner (or staff) sent me text via Whatsapp to check the arrival time and he is waiting for us. Room is large and good. The owner (or staff) helped us carry our luggage to our room on 4th Floor and gave some advices.

Just finished trip in Da Nang. This is a very good choice for economic travellers. We rented a motorbike through Hanh and it made our trip much easy and meaningful. The location is in a local neighborhood but everyone around is very friendly. What really made our trip is the feeling of being home. Her hospitality and flexibility made us feel like staying at home,and the Holliday trip in this colorful Da Nang made us relaxing and enjoyable.

Place was easy to find. It's called ANstay homestay & apartment in google maps. It is a few minutes walk from the road though. There are a lot of eateries nearby and seem to be a good neighborhood. The room itself was complete of the amenities and very clean and comfortable. Only stayed for a day and the host shared her food with me, she was very kind. If I would stay in Da Nang again I'd book here. For a room for two people, the price is definitely good.
