Awesome location, fantastic staff on desk day and night, beautiful rooms, super clean and tidied everyday with fresh towels and complimentary bits and bobs. Cannot find fault with them, worth every penny!! I stayed with them on the way in and out.

There was some noise from the streets. The ac wasn’t super powerful, however we were able to leave the key in and the staff came to open the door for us every time we came back to the hotel.

Pool was really nice, good rooftop views. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Polite and helpful check in / security. Comfy beds and great AC. Pool was a lovely touch aswell especially after being out in the hot and sweaty city all day. Would recommend for a stay in Saigon.

English channels on the tele!

Great location, on the edge of crazy but far enough away not to hear it! Brilliant way to start a waking tour of HCMC, taking in all the sites. There were no English channels on the tele, but very clean, good size room with added bonus of a plunge pool on the roof to cool down after a very sweaty day walking around!

The 2pm check in time could go beyond that time so be ready to wait at the lobby. Elevators is up to 6th floor only. Request for rooms below the 7th floor if you have mobility issues

Location is A+++. It's just walking distance to the Bu Vien walking street, just a few minutes to the Benh Than market.. there are restos and coffee shops all around, money exchange center, laundry shops and travel agencies abound nearby. Yet when you're in your room, the noise from the bars and the night life could hardly be heard inside the room. Facility seem new. The towels are changed everyday. Water is also replenished daily. AC is working well. Staff are very helpful although only a few speak English.

Last night stayed the bar/restaurant was having a party and had load music until about 2:30am Toilet Howe broke the morning before checkout and said they would fix while we were gone and nobody fixed so couldn’t use our last night. Hand held shower sprayer has leak so sprayed every where if you tried to use.

Close location to many things and relatively quiet. Staff was very friendly and nice.

The only criticism would be to shower and little curtain. It was always getting wet outside the shower area. The door there would be a better solution.

Great location close to bus station and party area. Although the party area was loud, the hotel is located in quiet zone so you don't hear anything. Staff is amazing, very helpful and welcoming. Room is big.

One thing dissapointed me, that the room was too small, 10 square metres including toilet maximum, instead of 20 as was written in the description at booking. Thats why not 10

Quite good hotel for such price. Rooms are not new, but clean and tidy. Good location in the middle of the city, a lot of cafes and restaurants around. Sleeping bus services are also near, so it is comfortable to stay for 1 or 2 nights for people who moves then to different resorts such as Nha Trang and so on.

The lift is small, however the staff unjustly accused customer consume the item from the mini bar. Please check your mini bar in your room when you check in the hotel, otherwise you might face the same experience like me.

but toilet shower area is not protected from water splashing so when shower, water is everywhere

convenient area for all foods and facilities, overall stays ok, abit noisy in the morning, not that soundproof but still acceptable
