A few extra supplies to make it more comfortable would have been nice (ie roll of paper towels, some laundry detergent for the washer, and some dishwasher detergent for the dishwasher)

A very beautiful, clean, and spacious apartment. It is stocked with a few dishes, towels, and complimentary toiletries. The beds were comfortable and the place was spotless- not a speck of dust anywhere. Complimentary water bottles were given and the apartment was cleaned every other day. Very nice!

Amazing apartment. Nicest place we stayed in Vietnam. Great holiday but this was our last night and certainly felt luxurious.

I was hoping we would get a higher floor to avoid the noise from the road but the good news is that the bedrooms are further from the road than the living room. It would have been better if there was room service or (otherwise) for brooms to be accessible. But since housekeeping only came on Mondays and Wednesdays, we had to keep the house tidy ourselves but there were no brooms / vacuum cleaners for us to do so. There was no bathtub which would have been marvellous. My mom and sister used the masterbedroom but did not have any issues with the lack of a bathtub. I'm a bit fussier. :P

There was no breakfast as part of the deal but I think I still got great value for money. The apartment was accessible by lift (it opened up directly to our apartment). Came with 2 bathrooms (one shared with the master bedroom and another common bathroom). Does not have a bathtub but that's okay. The water is hot when needed considering it was rather cold when we visited Hanoi. There were some flies around but it was not overly irritating. The apartment comes with a dishwasher and crockery and cutleries so you can order in food and consume them comfortably. Also, the stove (induction cooking), microwave oven and spacious refrigerator makes it excellent to prepare simple meals. Oh there are no utensils apart from a handful of pots and pans. The washer-slash-dryer is very useful if you're staying for an extended duration so there's no need to bring too many clothes. Just an overnight run with the machine sets you for the rest of the trip. Using the TV was a bit of a challenge as the default language was set to Vietnamese. So we did not watch much TV. There's no safe in the room so you may have to bring your valuables with you when you walk around.

Unfortunately, the internet is very bad. You cannot work or even google with it. They have told us, that our european Apple devices are not compatible with the vietnamese connection standards.

The apartment was just awesome. What a dream. The interior is made out of the best and the room plan is made up perfectly for groups and families. The staff is super friendly and will try to help you in every situation. It‘s close to Ho Hoan Kiem - so super central. There are really nice food places around and if you are too tired, you can still call GrabFood. If you have the chance to live in this apartment, then stay here!

Phone reception non existent in bedrooms especially at night when door to road was closed down. No cutlery.

It was amazing, we had the whole floor to ourselves. Good quality appliances and staff were so responsive. Bed was super comfortable and black out curtains. Only 15 minute walk to lake and old quarter. Apartment was spotlessly clean and we got new sheets and towels every few days. Apartment has own washer/dryer too.

We stay in 1st floor, the curtain is a bit too transparent, but still acceptable.

The room is excellent, very big and gorgeous. The locations is not in old quarter but still very convenient. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Also, many local restaurant nearby. It is a good place to stay for family.

Wifi was a bit patchy even though it seemed the modem/booster was in the 2nd bedroom and there was a bit of street noise from the front glass doors that led down to street from the 1st floor apartment we had. Kettle was provided but could have done with tea/coffee amenities.

The size of the apartment and the facilities made for an enjoyable short term stay. Easy access and the security guard was friendly and helpful.
