We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe water pressure 😂😂 It practically dripped, I don’t think you could even call it water *pressure* as there was no pressure! I read other reviews, it seems this is a problem throughout the entire building and not just our room. At least the water went warm.
Close the the beach and breakfast was abundant, although each day was pretty much the same food.

MalaysiaCoffee below par. Didn't realise room slippers had been used outdoor and not cleaned, making room floor sandy with dirts. Shower water drains out to drainage below wash basin rather than shower cabin itself, making dry area wet.
Strategic location - very close to beach, many shops and eateries around. Clean and comfortable hotel. Breakfast buffet with good variety given the price range.

NorwayFirst, Apus hotel is great, we will definately come back, BUT the coffee is terrible, ie. lukewarm black water, no taste, how is it possible? We have experience before at am other hotel: the "coffee" is made of coffee extract, stored in the refrigirstor, taken out deluten in hot? water, becomes lukevarm, and served! Vietnam is the second biggest producer of coffee in the world, but the coffee at Apus is really bad, every day not warm even when I pre warm the cup! Told waiters, but no. Taste is very weak, color black but no taste, too bad. Please make good strong, hot coffee! Attention! hotel manager! See earlier contact with Apus team, sorry to say, but the coffee is still terrible, lukewarm, how difficult is it to heat the coffee?! In my review the coffee will get zero stars, may be * to be polite. Apus hotel is great but coffee terrible! Don't you make coffee in machine or only cold coffee consentrate mixer with water? As they do on Aron hotel? I want a reply from management, thank you, room 1105. I am sorry to registre that the management haven't time to answer me and tell me why it is so difficult to get hot and tasteful Vietnamese coffee, not black tasteless water. Sorry because the rest of the hotel, staff, room, laundry, all is excellent. Beside the so called "coffee" lot of hot meals, but bread not good, only white.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in 63 countries! Beautiful sea view from my room, deep bathtub, comfortable bed, ENGLISH movie channels, a rooftop pool AND a huge buffet breakfast included for an unbelievably LOW price. Great location, sweet staff and a few great restaurants close by. I booked 3 nights and extended my stay 3 more nights. Loved it here.
