Nice and clean room with 2 big beds and sea view. Hotel located on the next line from beach, which was like 3 min walk. Lots of shops and cafés around.

At the check-in, we were asked either to leave our passports or 500k as a deposit, which wasn't mentioned on Booking. We refused and told the receptionist that we'd report at Booking.com about that. Only after that she stopped insisting on the deposit. Don't leave the deposit (it's against the rules), and, of course, don't leave your passport (it's illegal)!!! It spoiled our first impression of the hotel. Also, there are a lot of fines, they mention about them everywhere which seems pretty rude. After the checkout, they asked us to wait until they checked the room. That's weird, I'd never faced that before. We didn't pay for the breakfast and decided to look at what they offered first. We decided it wasn't worth 150k and didn't try. The choice seemed quite small to me. But maybe it's tasty. There was no soap in the room, I had to use shower gel all the time. The bath plug was broken, but it was repaired within 20 minutes. Thanks a lot to the staff. The safe box was closed, and we couldn't use it. Also, the sauna and the bar at the rooftop didn't work, but we didn't need them.

A good hotel (esp for its price). The room was clean, and everything was like in the photos. Our room even had a partial sea view, loved it. There was a bathtub, which is not very common in Vietnam. The bedsheets and towels were clean and changed daily. The mattress was soft. There was tea, coffee, cups, two bottles of water, a shower gel, shampoo, and slippers in the room. The AC worked well. There's a small swimming pool with a cool view at the rooftop. The lobby is decorated nicely. In general, the hotel looks good and the location is great (close to the beach and many shops and cafes).

The location was fantastic, right near the beach and with fabulous vies of the beach from the hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well appointed and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel had an excellent swimming pool. It is such excellent value for the price, would definitely stay there again!

So far the best I've stayed in at such a cheap price...so nothing to complain about. Maybe if they don't ask to keep your passport with them unless you pay a security deposit, it'll be better. But the deposit is returned back to you when you checkout anyway, so not a big deal.

It's a very big hotel at a prime location and still was very cheap. Has so many floors. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Nice bed and a good bathroom with a bath tub. Walking distance from the beach and near the center of the city.

The hotel was very nice and close to the beach. Our room was clean and comfortable without any smell. We spent here 2 nights. We left there our baggage before check-in and also after check-out. The pool on the roof top was clean. I highly recommend to visit VinPearl island with all atractions. It is worth the money. I do not recommend the trip, which the hotel offered us. It was called "snorkling" but it was everything but not snorkling - the company took us to the port, we went on a boat to the island, we stayed there for 2 hours and we could snorkle, but it was only normal beach with many tourists. Then we had lunch and another 2 hours at hotel resort with pool and many tourists from many other boats. We could pay 750 VND more to go diving. I was very dissapointed, but it was at least cheap and they gave us traditional vietnamese lunch.

Clean and comfortable room with nice sea views. Value for money breakfast. Glad management take my previous suggestion to locate foreigners on same floor as local vietnamese tends to be noisy.

Only thing is that the reception staff is a bit ignorant. Not very welcoming and no interested in the persons or people in the hotel. During checkout there was more conversation among colleagues then with us.

Even though there was a big choice for breakfast it did not cater for Westerners at all which was disappointing.

Location was excellent and the room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Easy walking distance to beach and many good restaurants nearby. Also convenient for laundry and spa which were just outside the hotel.

Breakfast is very basic need more of a variety. Jam coffee and tea was terrible There were alot of Aussie Poms ect so need to cater for them a bit more

My a/c wasn’t as effective as I’d of liked.

The hotel is extremely clean throughout with good fixtures and fittings. I was overwhelmed by the breakfast choice. It’s amazing what you can eat for breakfast in Asia 😁

The price-quality ratio was excellent! I had the large room with a dedicated area for work (I work remotely) or classes, and a balcony. Breakfast is not very varied, but sufficient. Excellent location, beach, shopping center, cafe, small shops,, massage parlors - everything is nearby.

It was perfect for me!

I’m at the end of a 5 month journey through SE Asia. Apus hotel was my FAVOURITE hotel this trip! Loved it so much, I extended my stay and wish I’d stayed longer. Beautiful room, comfortable bed, superb breakfast, excellent location & friendly staff. Oh and a bathtub. Woohoo. I loved this hotel.

Property has a pool, nice clean rooms, and overall seems to be very well maintained. Staff at the reception and cleaners are very friendly. Good location, plenty of restaurants, massages and shops around. Rooftop is great for enjoying the calm morning and sea view.
