So beautiful and large Family room! We had 1 large bed and 2 single beds room, neat and clean, new and nice facilities! Great location and an awesome team! Would stay again at Aquarius Premium Hotel.

Nothing to complain as they did a great job!

Everything was perfect. Our room is large, nice decorated, spotless, and has a balcony. We sat outside at the balcony to see the bustle and hustle of Hanoi. It's busy in daytime but the double glazed window worked well so it wasn't noisy, slept like a baby. Breakfast was good, buffet and hot cooked available. The staff was amazing, went out of their way to assist us with everything and make us feel welcome, our home away from home!

I was asked for extra 3% to pay with credit card (this was not mentioned in lisiting). Wifi in room very poor. Room was a bit congested and without window.

Got a triple room at the back of the building with a small open window in the toilet, in the morning the smell of cooking would come in. It's nice the first few days but might not be ok for everyone.

Staff were very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast served were amazing. Location is also excellent, it's near to a lot of things. The airport pickup and drop off were seamless.

Our room was on the smaller side and there wasn't a window, but we booked the cheapest room so was expected. If you stay for more than 2-3 nights perhaps book a superior room +

Rooms were clean, great design. Hotel seems brand new! Staff were efficient and super friendly, very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was great lots of options and really tasty for all tastes. Excellent location, near shops, tourists attractions etc.

Can’t fault it.

The hotel was modern and well maintained. Our room was spotlessly clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and fresh towels and water bottles were provided daily. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a generous array of food to cater to all tastes. Eggs cooked to order. Loads of fresh fruit. Great location by the Old Quarter. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and able to arrange onward travel.

I stayed here 1 nights at the start of our trip. The hotel is nice ,clean , location very good and the staff are very friendly. Staff gave us help booking the rest of our Vietnam trip and supported us over the phone if we had any trouble with anything after we had left the hotel. Aquarius Premium Hotel is very new, the bed was wonderful. Buffet breakfast and hot cooked items served right in their restaurant - the best breakfast ever during our 2 weeks trip in Vietnam. Yen was awesome. She helped us to arrange Halong Bay on 4*star cruise at very good price and we had a great time there. Once we finished our trip, she booked us a limousine bus going straight to Ninh Binh and everything went right.

We had a really lovely stay here. We had a very stressful journey and our flights resulted in a delay of 2 days, which were the 2 days we were supposed to stay at Aquarius Premium Hotel. We were in touch with Yen through whatsapp and she was so so helpful and understanding, accommodating our last minute changes and keeping our booking for us. Really quick replies and so helpful and friendly! When we arrived we were greeted by Nam who gave us such a warm welcome, so shout out to both Yen and Nam for amazing customer service! The room was really spacious considering it is in the centre of the old quarter, and the location is absolutely incredible. It’s right in the centre of the hustle and bustle but still peaceful at night. It’s round the corner from two brilliant cocktail bars which are recommended in lonely planet - Beez’Neez, a secret speakeasy with a door behind a bookcase(!) and Ne, which was founded by the inventor of the Pho cocktail - a must try! Overall such a lovely stay, with amazing staff, a really comfortable room and an incredible location. A must stay!

What did we like least? ...leaving :)

Wonderful stay. All the staff are very friendly always smiling and very helpful. Breakfast is the best we have experienced - so many choices and again the staff are super friendly happy and helpful. great location you can walk to many tourist attractions and their are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby...we are going back to stay next week we loved our stay so much. 10 out of 10.
