The cruise was jammed packed with back to back activities and due to running late (5 day public holiday in Vietnam didn’t help) it felt even more rushed. Would look at going on a 3 day / 2 night cruise next time to try and alleviate this issue so we could appreciate the Bay more

The boat was very clean tidy and comfortable. The food was scrumptious and the staff helpful and made sure you had everything you need

We missed out on Pilates due to the weather, but it turned out the weather was actually fine. Because this area is in high demand, there are numerous boats coming and going, which often results in being transferred to a day boat. This makes it difficult to return to your room quickly. The activities felt rushed, and the days were packed with little downtime, which seems unavoidable given how the area is managed. I would have appreciated some free time on the boat during the day. In hindsight, staying for just one night or opting for a day boat might have been better. This isn't a criticism of the booking itself, just an observation. Additionally, the water in the area isn't very clean due to the presence of large ships and residents living on boats in the bays. It would be great if measures could be taken to prevent people from dumping garbage in the area.

Lovely staff, great tour guide, would recommend staying more than 1 night for best activities, great food for vegetarians, lovely cocktails

The service was fantastic. Ben, the tour leader, was a pleasure to deal with. One night cruise was great, and we enjoyed every minute of it. Arcady management( Jimmy) was very helpful and kind to reschedule our trip due to sickness, we are very grateful for all the attention. Will come back again.

Nothing really. A lot more boats out there than I than I expected.

The boat was great. The cabin was comfortable and the view from balcony was always stunning. The food was good and staff were friendly and helpful. The activities were well organised, we did Tai Chi, Kayaking, Swimming, pearl farm and relaxing. Recommend two nights as 2nd day was the best.

Boat is aged. The limo bus coming home was extremely hot poor air con at the back of bus.

I enjoyed the activities. Lucy the tour guide was fantastic. Rooms were good.

The boat was a little older looking than the pictures advertised, but inside the restaurant etc was great. Unfortunately Halong Bay is overpopulated with visitors. We knew it would be busy but surprised at how busy the attractions were

The food and staff were fantastic. The room was nice with a little balcony for night time. Enjoyed the cave tour and had a great massage on board

Great tour through Halong Bay. We got a room upgrade which was nice. Crew ensured we had plenty of vegetarian options.

Just a bit tired

The cruise was fine. Boat quite tired. Water wasn’t provided with meals you had to purchase which was disappointing. One night sufficient on baking bay. Our guide very lovely and lots of energy.

Waiting 1.5 hours for the luxury bus back to Hanoi. First bus to the port was clean and comfortable. Return bus was not as nice with rubbish from previous group and broken seats.

Comfortable, clean rooms and friendly, helpful staff. Trip was fun and relaxing. Great views and tours were fun. Food was good too.

Bed not very comfortable with only single sheets available for the double bed. Our cabin was pretty noisy as nearest to the engine..

Lovely ambience onboard with friendly staff. The dining room was beautifully decorated and the bar and dining room staff were excellent and very professional. Food was fantastic with good choice and exceeded our expectations. We did a 3 day 2 night cruise which I would recommend as the first day was spent going to Tittop Island which was a very crowded beach. The second day was better with kayaking and swimming in Lovely quieter locations.

Soundproofing is not great, if you are an early sleeper you may hear noises from other passengers.

This 2D1N trip includes one trip to a dry cave, one trip to Titop Island, one trip to a wet cave (kayak/bamboo boat), as well as night activities such as karaoke and squid fishing. Food was good and the room is really nice too! There is also a cooking demonstration where we got to make our own spring rolls. We had a great guide and the itinerary was fulfilling but not too packed.

We were asked to reconfirm our booking via the booking.com msg app which we missed a number of chasers and risked a cancellation had booking.com not stepped in on the eve otherwise all good.

Highly recommended cruise operator - great itinerary, excellent food, super comfy and A+ team!
