The balcony is too small.

The location is close to the beach. Bikes for hire are available from the hotel itself at the same rates that are outside. Breakfast is a wide spread of continental and local food

Great hotel to stay in. Less than 10 minute walk to the beach and close to restaurants. Breakfast was terrific and the staff were lovely. I will definitely stay here again and next time for longer.

Nothing Was Wrong

Lovely, helpful staff. Very friendly and open minded. Nice good operating midrange hotel for quite a low price on a nice location. On the beach side part of Da Nang.Lots of shops and 24/7 markets open. Basic quality breakfast with variation. Clean rooms, great bathrooms and nice sleeping beds

There is construction next door that goes on all day and night. Even on the uppermost floors you can hear it. The walls are thin and it's easy to hear other guest in hallways and in the adjoining rooms.

The hotel has lots of friendly staff. They helped me out with a major problem. The room is pretty nice and clean.

Everything went well - nice staff, good responses from the staff - staff very polite and courteous. Very nice spread of breakfast and rooms are cleaned very well. Will definitely stay in this property during my next visit and will also recommend to friends.

Light on balcony couldn’t be switched off so light in room all night. City centre location meant hotels overlooking this hotel. Breakfast had wonderful Asian buffet. But western option was only poor selection of fruit, fried eggs and toast. As with most Vietnamese hotels, the music was a bit loud and annoying

Gym could be improved.

Location is good and the free transfer from airport was excellent, as was our driver. Gym and pool is ok, view was amazing from room. Breakfast was very good.

The pillows could have been softer and 2 more would have been nice. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

Loved this hotel, the staff were amazing and we look forward to returning next year. As we were classed as long stay guests we received 2 free items of laundry per day which was a very nice surprise.

For the money, everything is great.

Nice room, good location, friendly and helpful staff making it a great value. All the staff were nice, but Nguyên at the front desk was particularly helpful and exceeded my expectations. She resolved a difficult booking issue for my friend that could have easily been dismissed as the customer’s fault and responsibility. She was incredibly nice and professional. Thank you Nguyên!

The (breakfast) restaurant could be a little bit cleaner.

Breakfast was great; there were lots of options (continental and Asian) with even soy milk which (any vegan milk) we found very rarely in hotels in Vietnam. Our room was clean and very spacious, they even upgraded it for free to a room with balcony. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn't use the sauna or the pool but it looked nice when we went to check it out.

More varieties for vegetarians could have been better, but if you ask, they cook something extra for you.

All of the staff were very friendly, room was clean and they gave us a free room upgrade. The breakfast staff cooked something extra for us, because we were vegetarians. We would stay here again next time.

We stayed 3 nights here & we love it as it was quite. There is a convenient store, delicious local restaurant, coffee juice booth & bike rental just across the streets. We requested a room with open window & possible with a ceilling fan. They upgraded us to a balcony room & provided us with a standing fan as the room doesn't have a built-in fan. It was a nice of them. The staff was great, walking distance to the beach & the breakfast was simple. We had a great stay & will choose Aria Grand again.
