The beds were a little too firm for my liking

The staff in the breakfast room each morning were just an absolute delight. Danish the food and bev manager and Lisa and Daisy were an absolute Joy.The guys on the front door were also very helpful and friendly. The staff are a real asset here. We were sad to leave them. The location was very handy and easy to walk around to different spots for meals and whatever.

He hotel gives off a bit of an old vibe. The lift is extremely small.

Location is very good, about 5-7 min walk to the beach. Left and right number of restaurants and shops. Very convinient. There is a construction ongoing right across the road (building a new hotel probably) but we did not encountered any noise or polution. Breakfast is good, pho live station was amazing. Helpful staff. Overall we enjoyed. Good for this price. Thank you

Some of the other guests are very loud and no consideration for others, not all the time just sometimes. overall I would stay here again its a nice place.

The Staff is great really helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast is good with lots of choices. The location is good walking distance to everything I need.

The pool is a bit small but with the beach so close it isn’t much of an issue.

Close the the beach and within walking distance to everything we needed. Mario was exceptional- quick to help with anything we needed and he gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and shops.

1- There are 12 floors and lots of people at the hotel but there are just 5 sunbeds at the rooftop pool :( 2- It would be better to reduce or eliminate the noise that occurs when a room door is left open. It woke me up every night :(

We were travelling as a family of 5 three kids age 7,2 and 8weeks old. We booked a family suit stayed the age of the children and selected cot when we arrived there was no cot and when I asked at reception she said we had to book it and there was an additional charge we had stayed at two other hotels in vietnam booked the same way with no issue and cot in room on arrival. I asked if we could get a cot as we needed one and reception said they would call manager and arrange this was not done and my 8 week old baby had to sleep in his pram during our stay. We also booked room with a balcony which was that small the door couldn’t open fully and the balcony was more of a ledge with three small kids and the height of the hotel it seemed dangerous and to be honest I wouldn’t pay the extra money for a balcony room as you can’t even stand out on it. With the rooms you only get three towels as there were 5 of us I requested more again this wasn’t done. My husband had to go down to reception to get more towels every day of our stay even after asking more than once we needed 5 towels for a room booked for 5 people. I know this comment sounds like a moan however these were things I feel other people need to know before staying with kids as it was a hassle or inconvenience for us or additional cost for no reason.

It was pretty much beach front only one street behind Main Street of beach. A two minute walk from hotel front door to beach.

It’s was quite noisy at night. Can hear guests next door and also street vendors with microphone selling product till past midnight. Breakfast staff didn’t pay attention to shortages of glasses or cutlery which was self service.
