Just a heads up, the balcony in the photos is a Juliette balcony so you can't physically go on to it. Other than that, a gwreat hotel to stay at :-)

Friendly staff. The barman was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. Right on top of the beautiful sandy beach. Location was good, all the things you need are on your door step (convenient store, restaurants/cafes, beach, beach bar). Room was spacious and clean.

They wanted to re-check the room prior to us leaving, which I’ve never experienced before! We had a flight to catch so basically hung around for 2 mins & left. We’d paid for what we’d used & checked out on time so this was slightly odd

Location is great, literally a street over from the beach The rooftop pool is small but lovely for cooling off. There are minimal sun loungers but was never that busy. The ‘gym’ was very basic but had a running machine & bike. Rooms are clean & TV had English channels which was nice to have on in background. Shower was powerful

The rooftop bar area could do with a bit of freshening up, it is looking a bit tired. The bar service was very slow.

The bedrooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly & helpful. There was a good selection for breakfast. The pool was a good size & it was lovely to finish the day with a refreshing swim.

Breakfast was average, the coffee a bit worse. It's a pretty high building but the windows are about thigh-high from the rooms and open all the way, that creeped me out a bit.

- Mediocre breakfast buffet, best to go down the hotel and eat local - No fan in the shower, can get very hot quite easily - Economy Double Room had no window or view, was very claustrophobic

Comfort Quadruple Room: - Excellent room large and spacious. - Modern showers. - Helpful, friendly and excellent staff, staff would go out of their way to carry our luggages. - Had food poisoning on the 2nd day into my trip, the staff delivered some plain rice and slices of toast, free of charge, was very nice of them. - Daily free water bottles in rooms

Well maintained hotel in a good location near the beach. While it was too cold to take advantage of, the rooftop pool and bar offer great water views. The breakfast buffet is outstanding, with a wonderful dining space and many food selections. The staff were helpful and the rooms were nice (if a bit on the smaller side).

Noise from the neighbouring rooms

Hotel was fine for the price we paid so value for money. Room was not sound proffed as we could hear the guests next door chatting, snoring, or showering.

The only small thing is that we missed a bit of bake goods in the breakfast but probably because we are just not used to Vietnamese breakfast

The hotel is very clean and the staff is really kind. The swimming pool is really amazing. We went to see the sunrise and we took incredible pictures.

The customer service is incredible here, what stellar staff! They made us our favorite ham and cheese omelets every morning and they were so helpful and kind. The room is on the small side but the facilities are clean, the location is just a block from the beach and the overall value is great.

The location of the hotel is great, only a 2 minute walk to the beach. There are also many restaurants and shops nearby the hotel. The staff were all so friendly and helped with any questions I had. The room and bathroom were very clean and were made up daily. The rooftop pool and bar was a great place to relax and have a drink. Bedroom was lovely and bed and pillows were very comfy. Breakfast buffet in the mornings has many options, including western style, Asian style and traditional Vietnamese food. The hotel organised an airport transfer for me on my arrival for a really reasonable rate. As it was also my birthday when I stayed, the hotel staff surprised me and brought me a cake on the day of my birthday! I would definitely stay here again.

It was a very new and clean hotel. The rooftop pool was very inviting and the breakfast was a huge buffet.
