Not exactly beachfront but close enough, really. The building feels a little dated and the lift is REALLY small so if it gets crowded there may be a waiting time. Breakfast was decent enough but nothing to shout about.

Location was great, service staff were all very friendly and quick to help. Room was nice and spacious! While not the most modern, still nice and clean to stay in. The best part is that the AC is works great.

Noisy even on high floor. Took 3 days to fix bathroom door lock after reporting. Breakfast offered wasn't great. Hard bread, always had to ask for more milk, Air conditioning not adequate in restaurant. NOT Beach front as advertised. Had to ask for towels as not available at pool then given wet towels. Smallest lifts known to man, staff always using and never left lift to allow guests to use, just had to wait longer.

Other guests rooms slam their doors because of the spring door mechanism. So you may be jolted awake at 1-4am. The ELEVATOR is small, 4 people squeezed in, maybe.

The ENTIRE staff is welcoming and extremely friendly. Everyone with a smile. The entire Font Desk staff and Concierge staff/doormen speak excellent English, so you'll have no problem with communication. The Hotel is clean, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is great ! Top floor pool and bar is super nice for a evening drink. A cozy hotel with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Will stay again.

The beds were a little too firm for my liking

The staff in the breakfast room each morning were just an absolute delight. Danish the food and bev manager and Lisa and Daisy were an absolute Joy.The guys on the front door were also very helpful and friendly. The staff are a real asset here. We were sad to leave them. The location was very handy and easy to walk around to different spots for meals and whatever.

The staff was amazing, especially Vi and Tien, and I can not forget my main man, Mario, who gave great tips on where to do and what to do in Da Nang. Their team is enthusiastic and super friendly. The hotel location is perfect, just a 3min walk to my An beach. The rooftop pool is amazing with incredible views. I extended my stay because I enjoyed it so much. I will definitely stay here again if I'm in Da Nang!

He hotel gives off a bit of an old vibe. The lift is extremely small.

Location is very good, about 5-7 min walk to the beach. Left and right number of restaurants and shops. Very convinient. There is a construction ongoing right across the road (building a new hotel probably) but we did not encountered any noise or polution. Breakfast is good, pho live station was amazing. Helpful staff. Overall we enjoyed. Good for this price. Thank you

Some of the other guests are very loud and no consideration for others, not all the time just sometimes. overall I would stay here again its a nice place.

The Staff is great really helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast is good with lots of choices. The location is good walking distance to everything I need.

The pool is a bit small but with the beach so close it isn’t much of an issue.

Close the the beach and within walking distance to everything we needed. Mario was exceptional- quick to help with anything we needed and he gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and shops.
