The second day was short. Because we started at around 11:30 pm and finished 10:30 am the next day. It was 2D1N but the second day was short so i was disappointed.it was like a 1 night trip only. Otherwise everything was perfect.

As other have said, some complimentary teas and coffees with meals would have been nice, but the cost is not extortionate by western standards.

This was a very comfortable mini cruise. Mr Ha and his crew were very attentive and kind. The scenery is just stunning and the staff were very good at getting us to the location for our kayaking experience before the rush from other boats. Pre trip communication was excellent with Anna arranging all of our transport to and from ha long.

Cost of Beverages was very very very expensive and you should be able to pay as you go as I like to keep track of what I'm spending. Not be shocked before departure

Mr Ha and the crew were really friendly and the level of service was very high. The chef did an awesome job feeding us. We were picked up and dropped off at our hotel, it really was a great way to finish our Vietnam adventure.

Every is exceptional on this cruise. Of course there are quite a few cruise ships in the bay.. but it does not break the magic at all. This specific ship is really beautiful with great staff and really good food.

Would have been good to stay 3 nights instead of 2 so to have time for visiting the floating villages or do some hiking/walking on Cat Ba island.

The crew - very obliging! The cook made delicious dishes. Tour guide for cycling on Cat Ba island was great! Food, dinner, cocktails&drinks and the service is outstanding!

We had an exceptional experience. Incredible staff couldn’t do enough to make you comfortable. The food was incredible and if anything too much. The setting absolutely awe inspiring. So glad we did the two tonight rather than the one night trip. One night would’ve felt too rushed..

Although advertised as a Junior Suite, the original photograph did not represent the room we stayed in, which was misleading. It was advertised as a 2 day/1 night cruise, but we boarded at 12:45pm and disembarked at 10:30am the next day, which was expensive for the time spent on board.

The drinks were charged separately, so it was hard to estimate the total cost. Maybe coffee should be included in the price; I guess leaving alcohol drinks excluded is OK. Also, the happy hour system is a bit confusing and misleading, I thought we would get 1 drink free for each of us, and that's what it should be, but only one out of four drinks two of us drank was free at the end. The seats of the connecting ferry and the life jackets were awfully dirty and wet.

The spacious room with unbeatable seascapes and contemporary design, gorgeous meals with great options, very cheerful and helpful staff made the journey an unforgettable one! Also, on the bus ride from and back to Hanoi, Lee, who guided us on board was very COOL! He was joking almost all the time and made us very relaxed on the bus.

The room was spacious . Big windows to make the most if the great views . Spacious bathroom with a big bath and shower . The food was plentiful and very tasty , plenty of variety . Activities were really fun

The room was magnificent and clean. The staff were wonderful and attentive and friendly. Stay 2 nights and 3 days to have the better experience, anything less is too short. Loves the cycling around the island, swimming to a beach, and kayaking and even enjoyed watching the karaoke.

The beautiful landscape could be seen even in the room! The kayaking was so calming and nice, however the itinerary was a bit too fast paced for me personally.
