The hotel is located right in the middle of Old Quarter, close to everything. You can easily walk to most of the stuff in Hanoi. The staff is extremely helpful and provided excellent service. I really enjoyed Peter, the manager, who helped me with tours, taxis, and restaurant recommendations. We easily communicated on WhatsApp which was very helpful. Overall a nice stay and a great value.

Brilliant hotel, central to everything. I turned up in Vietnam wanting to go everywhere and see everything, before I even got to the Vietnam, Peter the hotel manager got in touch with me to make sure I had transport to the hotel, soon as I arrived Peter give me lots of information and presented me with lots of options and trips, he then booked all my trips for the next 10 days, he even changed my dates of staying in his hotel to suit my travels, the man is a legend, thanks Peter. Also Alina the receptionist was really helpful giving information and very knowledgeable, thank you Alina x

The hotel is close to all the hotspots yet tucked away for a peaceful night's rest. Our room was clean and super comfortable and perfect for resting after exploring Hanoi Old Quarters. Another highlight was the incredibly warm welcome from Peter. His friendliness and eagerness to assist made us feel instantly at home. Whether recommending local gems or organizing us a ride back to the airport, his hospitality was unmatched. Overall, this hotel exceeded expectations on every front.

We had difficulty locating the hotel as it is down a very narrow road and out taxi couldn't bring us up to the door, but on arrival inside it is very pleasant.

The hotel is clean and facilities good. The staff very helpful and made our stay most enjoyable. I would recommend it.

Stayed here 5th Oct to 8th oct Hotel is right centre of the old city, it's accessible to all city.sites, try to plan your airport transfer your own..they are expensive, if you use your card for hotel bill they charge 3% extra, this is something not acceptable , rooms are small but it's clean.. and breakfast is same menu for all three days.. they have to change the menu ..
