Stair access might be a little challenging for some as a stone spiral staircase. but this is only a warning for those who find stairs difficult.

Great quirky apartments, loads of character. Great base for seeing this part of Hanoi. Coffee shops, bars and restaurants within easy reach, The host is a most welcoming lady who can't do enough for you. Get her to make breakfast for you, very good indeed.

The kitchen was a little narrow, I didn't need to cook but if I had to it might be a little uncomfortable. The hangers for the laundry are quite up high on the ceiling. I'm not tall so I had to get a chair but for taller people there should not be a problem. It was also a bit difficult to get warm water through the shower hose but that was okay for me.

It was a wonderful stay and I would've stayed longer if I could but unfortunately I had only two nights planned in Hanoi. The location is in close walking distance to a lot of cafés and some nice places for food like Pho or barbecue. There is even a Café right inside the apartment complex. You cannot eat there but drink good coffee and it has a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. It is not a very busy area so if you want to go to more touristic busy areas for more food and entertainment options you have to walk a bit or get a grab. The thing I liked the most about this place is the sweet welcome and hosting. I could ask a lot of questions and could contact the owner any time over WhatsApp. She prepares an information package of the things you can do in the area and where you can find the best food in town and more. The bed provided me the most comfortable sleeping experience I have had in a long time and the room was a dream. The structure was so nice and a lot of love for details and options to get comfortable. I took many pictures for inspiration on how to decorate my own room at home but unfortunately my pictures don't do justice because my camera is no good. Please refer to the displayed pictures on booking, they are absolutely true. There is also a washing machine so you can do your laundry there. After checking out I also could put my luggage in the room of the owner and she even took me to the railway station with her bike, a dream!

My apartment was located on the 3rd floor. The apartment was big, clean and had lots of amenities. The host was really friendly and helpful as well. I'd recommend this place easily.

It was too cold especially when we the temperature was around 11-14 add on to that the room was also cold. But apart from that it’s really good

The rooms were very clean and the apartment is located just behind the presidential palace which is very near to most of the locations. If not you can take bus which is only 7000VND per person. And the landlady was too sweet and very helpful. She guided us to places and suggested us to take bus. we were actually regretting why didn’t we use the bus from very first day because most of our money went in grab.

I liked everything ! The location is not in the center but it’s okay because it’s far from all the noise and the night life of Hanoï !

Everything was perfect at this place. 1. Apartments with a Garden View had a panoramic view over the lush green improvised garden and neighbours living around. It is authentic and comfortable studio, suitable for a long-stay with a good Wi-Fi (superb for video calls), fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and a lot of details making the space cozy. 2. Location was perfect for us, near the lake where you see a bit less tourists (still it is an old tow and city center), a lot of dining options and very safe. There is a hidden gem - a little island at the neighbourhood, where you can find a good coffee and food. 3. I assume this should be the first and the most important point :) Quyeen and her family are very hospitable and helpful people, there is no question or request which will be left unresolved. There is no better place to stay while being in Hanoi.

Amazing ! Azalea oi is so welcoming and helpful ! She was very generous to us. The appartment is gorgeous and has everything you need. Feels hommy right away and has beautiful light. Very calm at night, close to so much great street food. Also the coffee next door is super cute and welcoming. Highly recommand and I would come back next time i'm in hanoi ! Cảm ơn chị !

The host just had her baby a few days before my arrival, and naturally had more important things on her brain than my stay, but she forgot to send me information on which apartment I was staying in and how to access it. I didn’t have data to contact her, but the neighbour next door was able to help me contact her and access an apartment. This was a small issue that was easily resolved.

It’s in a fabulous location. The apartment is spacious, has a full kitchen, a washing machine and includes anything you might need to make your stay comfortable.

. The host was super nice. She let me leave my luggage in her place very early. She is responsive, nice and kind. So does her family. The place is neatly clean on my checkin. The room is newly renovated ) location is strategic, only 5 mins to the old quarters 2 mins to west lake. A lot of restaurant , café nearby. And best of all only 20-25 mins to the airport. Def initely coming back next time

It's a beautiful quiet location in the middle of a madly loud city. You wake up surrounded by trees and a beautiful garden. Everything works in the apartment (which is hard to find in Hanoi). AC, TV with Netflix, washing machine, hot water, fridge, stove, everything you need). And the host is the most incredible human you can ever meet. She's so sweet and she goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect. The area is very safe next to the embassies and presidential palace. You can walk to some major attractions and to the lake. I highly recommend it.

Bed was firm but they gave me a topper which helped. A few mosquitoes like most places in Asia but was provided with a zapper and spray.

A lovely family to stay with really make you feel at home. My apartment was equipped with new appliances such as TV/fridge/washing machine/hot plate. It was recently converted for rental. Location is quiet at night. Was easy to find and arrive by public bus.

- The bathroom is very tiny and taking a shower in such a narrow space is not easy. There's no hot water and the water pump is quite noisy. - Loud and annoying music playing in the neighborhood from morning to evening. - Narrow staircase to reach the studio. Not suitable if you have big/heavy luggage.

- The location is great. - The host is very responsive.
