Not a alot of variety in the breakfast menu

Our first night in Vietnam was at Babylon Hotel in Hanoi. The receptionist Mary was a delight to meet. She allowed us a very early checkin. As we were on our honeymoon, our room was beautifully decorated. The staff at this hotel, especially Miss Mary made our experience amazing. She even came all the way outside till our car to say us goodbye when we were checking out. Room was small and cozy, nothing exceptional but it was clean. The Ac worked like a charm. The hotel is situated in the heart of old quarters. Few minutes walk to train street. Would 10/10 recommend it.

The room needs a little updating. The lobby is usually warm and uncomfortable while we were there. I don't think they keep the air conditioning on in the lobby very much. No hand towels in the room. The breakfast could have more variety and more flavor

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The location is great. They even let us shower and keep our luggage after check out.

Definitely follow the instructions on the air conditioner or you will have a warm night in the hot season.

I looked forward to breakfast every morning, it was always good :) I appreciated the kind staff, I feel like they were always happy to help in any way they could & overall had positive energy. I liked how clean the hotel was & the location was great!

The staff at Babylon genuinely made our stay amazing! Nam the door/bellboy was the loveliest and most attentive person - always smiling and willing to help us no matter what! The receptionist staff are all so friendly and helpful 🙏🏽 our room was perfect and the location was also great! Breakfast was delicious. Highly highly recommend this hotel - best stay in Hanoi!

Excellent hospitality and super welcoming. This hotel is in a fantastic location and all the staff were exceptionally helpful in ensuring we had a wonderful stay and all our needs were met. They also managed to help us retrieve my husband’s lost phone which he forgot in the taxi on the way to the airport (shout out to Tony, thank you so much!!) Good variety of options for breakfast, rooms were comfortable and they held our luggage for a couple of days while we flew to Hoi An. Would highly recommend, thank you to all the staff at Babylon!

It hadn’t bathrobes as it was advertised and the slippers was not on off!

The location is perfect!!! The breakfast has many choices in the buffet but you can also order from the menu free of charge. Excellent coffee very tasty. The room was spacious and beautiful decorated!

The staff went above and beyond. Whether it was bringing us an extra roll of toilet paper or helping us with restaurant choices, they couldn’t do enough to help us. Airco works well, bed is comfy, shower actually has a door and it’s quiet! Refrigerator in room in nice too.

Rooms were not soundproofed. We get woken up at 5am ish every morning by people moving about outside the room and by the sounds of dining room chairs being dragged across the tiled floor despite being two floors up (level 3). Management should consider putting felt pads under the chair legs to reduce noise.

Location in old quarter was perfect. Rooms were comfortable. Hotel staff are friendly.

Can't recommend Babylon enough. I loved my 3 night stay here. A 30 second walk to one of the main shopping streets in old quarter Hanoi, less than 5 minutes walk to the night markets and Hoan Kiem Lake, and 10-15 mins to train street, the prison and military museum. Delicious breakfast also included, buffet and a la carte options available. The staff were exceptional from start to finish. So welcoming and friendly and caring. Reception staff, the young men at the front door, restaurant staff and tour staff - you are always greeted when passing by. Room was made up on request also. Fast and cheap laundry service available too. I didn't use the spa so can't comment but it looked nice! They also kept my suitcase safe when I went away on a trip for a few days.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, and only have very positive things to say. Tony from Babylon Premium helped organise my trip months in advance - and it all went incredibly smoothly. I stayed three different nights over a week period, and Babylon was my "home" as I went to and from tours leaving from Hanoi. A great location right in the bustle of the old quarter. The staff were superb. They kept my bag safe, I was able to have my laundry sorted, and they answered all my questions about food / where to go. Also arranged a last minute food tour for me to join in Hanoi. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and quiet! - just what you need for a cosy nights sleep. And a decent breakfast, with take away organised for an early start. The 2 night tour to Sapa - that I organised with the hotel months before - was fabulous, with efficient van transfers, good itinerary, and a comfortable hotel, and homestay. Made it easy that could sort some of the tours directly with the hotel. It was really good. I felt very well looked after and appreciated all the support from Tony and the hotel team for my trip to Hanoi. Staying with Babylon just made it so much easier to plan the visit as a solo traveller. And helped make it very special. I would highly recommend Babylon Premium Hotel and will be back to stay should I visit Hanoi again.

As mentioned by others, yes the water pressure is pretty low and that's a bit annoying but not the end of the world. The trash bin in our bathroom couldn't close (lock was broken) so the lid stayed open continuously not so clean/fresh, I found that something which should have been noticed and changed by staff.

Location is very good, middle of the Old Quarter. Reception very friendly and helped with restaurant reservation, provided us a map of the city center and it's highlights. Room is rather small, but yeah didn't come there to spend much time in the hotel room. Breakfast buffet selection is pretty decent, I expected worse.

Great location Fantastic staff especially the young men on the front door. Breakfast was pleasant and plentiful and again here the staff made sure we had what we needed. Would stay here again.
