The corridor needs to the rooms needs new flooring and air conditioning of the room needs attention as the cooling was there but not cool enough.

The hotel had good facilities and the breakfast was good with friendly hostess. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The bell boy was very friendly and courteous. Would recommend it The location was also right on n the city.

Beautiful rooms , and bathroom , and main area of reception and breakfast room . Breakfast provided was substantial and varied and very nice . Location was fantastic , less than 10 min walk to Train St , and plenty of great wee shops in the vicinity. Staff were amazing . Definitely recommend this hotel , and we are definitely going to stay here again when we visit Vietnam again

kettle in our room was old and for some reason, required us to manually turn off instead of automatically switching off once the water was boiled. Would have been dangerous had we assumed and left it to boil unattended.

We had a little difficulty with our air conditioning on second stay, but the staff was right on it and got it fixed.

The breakfast was very good. Especially enjoyed the small French rolls and cheese! It was very convenient to have Babylon arrange for a pick up at the airport upon my arrival in Hanoi. The driver was great.

Fantastic place to stay for a visit to Hanoi. We had an evening flight and the hotel kept our luggage for us during the day, as well as accommodating a shower pre-flight, even after we had checked out. Could not recommend enough

The staff were amazing. I cannot overstate their friendliness and kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. They made friends with our 2-year-old, and they always kept him entertained as we were passing through for the day's adventure. The facilities were great as well, the rooms were cleaned meticulously every day. As expected in a tropical humid environment, there's a small amount of mould in the corners of the bathroom - but I must stress you will find this at practically any hotel in this climate. Breakfast was great, with a range of western options as well as local ones. The coffee was good too! Once again, the staff were some of the nicest people I've met and genuinely cared about our wellbeing and comfort.

Not a alot of variety in the breakfast menu

Our first night in Vietnam was at Babylon Hotel in Hanoi. The receptionist Mary was a delight to meet. She allowed us a very early checkin. As we were on our honeymoon, our room was beautifully decorated. The staff at this hotel, especially Miss Mary made our experience amazing. She even came all the way outside till our car to say us goodbye when we were checking out. Room was small and cozy, nothing exceptional but it was clean. The Ac worked like a charm. The hotel is situated in the heart of old quarters. Few minutes walk to train street. Would 10/10 recommend it.

The room needs a little updating. The lobby is usually warm and uncomfortable while we were there. I don't think they keep the air conditioning on in the lobby very much. No hand towels in the room. The breakfast could have more variety and more flavor

The staff at Babylon genuinely made our stay amazing! Nam the door/bellboy was the loveliest and most attentive person - always smiling and willing to help us no matter what! The receptionist staff are all so friendly and helpful 🙏🏽 our room was perfect and the location was also great! Breakfast was delicious. Highly highly recommend this hotel - best stay in Hanoi!

Excellent hospitality and super welcoming. This hotel is in a fantastic location and all the staff were exceptionally helpful in ensuring we had a wonderful stay and all our needs were met. They also managed to help us retrieve my husband’s lost phone which he forgot in the taxi on the way to the airport (shout out to Tony, thank you so much!!) Good variety of options for breakfast, rooms were comfortable and they held our luggage for a couple of days while we flew to Hoi An. Would highly recommend, thank you to all the staff at Babylon!

The location is perfect!!! The breakfast has many choices in the buffet but you can also order from the menu free of charge. Excellent coffee very tasty. The room was spacious and beautiful decorated!

The staff went above and beyond. Whether it was bringing us an extra roll of toilet paper or helping us with restaurant choices, they couldn’t do enough to help us. Airco works well, bed is comfy, shower actually has a door and it’s quiet! Refrigerator in room in nice too.
