Sadly one of the pools was under maintenance whilst we were there. We’d have liked the privacy of the adults only pool but realise it was just bad timing.

This resort couldn’t be more beautiful. It feels more like a gardens than a hotel! So many beautiful trees, plants, flowers, streams and ponds. Our Bungalow room was a big size and across a cute little bridge. It was private and comfortable and had a large bathroom. Staff are very helpful and the resort is right on the beach! We loved our stay.

Nothing. It was an incredible place to stay

Such an amazing resort, stunning gardens full of flora and fauna.. truly beautiful, well kept and maintained. The manager Pham Minh was outstanding, such amazing skills and demeanour.. he and his staff team even remembered all our groups names! The staff team were incredible too.. everything you need they provide. The spa treatments were fantastic (I had 3 and my group had a few too). My bungalow was just perfect, a patio with a pond and sun loungers, a bucket of water to wash my sandy feet at the door. A bathroom that was full of plants and the roof appeared to open into the fresh air (I didn’t try this as I needed the A/C more). Cannot fault this resort at all, amazing value for money, fantastic for drinks and a staff team of highly skilled hospitality professionals .. Will definitely be going back for longer ..

Western dishes can be improved.

The resort is so nice and super well managed. You can see it beautiful and clean in every corner of room and garden. I loved it. Staff is attentive and caring, very very different with other un-trained staff at those mega resorts. Food and breakfast is great too. I enjoyed every breakfast. Pool is nice. Beach is nice. The most beautiful is the garden, very very tropical and green. Most impressively, we stayed here during the long holiday in Vn, it was overloaded everywhere in MuiNe, most of hotels are power-off due to the big demand, but the resort managed it so well, switching to their back-up power just a second, we very grateful for that.

Surrounded by nature, it is perfect for relaxing. The adult pool is an oasis of peace. My room was facing the pool, and I enjoyed the tranquility. Clean, large room, wonderful furnishings Very kind and helpful hotel staff.

Unfortunately there were lots of stinging jellyfish so couldn't swim much. While the resort kept their beach clean there was rubbish everywhere else which ended up in the water. Beds were a bit hard.

Amazing gardens were very lush and cool. Were the highlight of the place and sets it apart. Pools were clean and always found a lounge. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of western and asian options. Staff were friendly. Had dinner there once and was very tasty. Should have eaten there more as is a great location directly on the beach.

Better signage for directions to and from reception to rooms as the current ones are confusing, especially in the evening.

Maybe a little over priced compared to other places in Vietnam, but sure is comparable to other resorts in the area.

Beautiful resort, lovely gardens and two gorgeous pools, one pool is adult only which is fab! Room was fantastic, very clean and spacious. Staff were all lovely very friendly and accommodating.

You arrive at Bamboo Village from the busy road and immediately find yourself in a quiet and idyllic setting full of trees and flowers and lily ponds and water features that stretches down to the ocean and the beautiful beach restaurant. The pool towel system is a bit weird, you have to take your pool towel back to your room and bring back the next day. It can be exchanged then for a new one. It would be easier to put all the wet towels in a bin for wash overnight.

The rooms were very spacious, comfortable and clean. The pillows were awesome :) The resort is beautiful, lush greenery and well maintained. The pool and beach were clean, the staff is nice and the hôtel restaurant is nice besides the beach. The hotel spa is also very nice, i got a 4 hands massage which was awesome. We loved our stay !!

What a wonderful location. I have never seen a resort with such a beautiful garden and facilities like pool, restaurant etc. It´s like a botanical garden. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would surely come back to this fascinating place.

We did not find anything negative actually. A mere few thoughts. I thought the garden bungalows would be a bit more cosy on the inside (and you can't really open the windows but on the other hand, it's not really necessary either). Beds are quite hard but that's personal preference. BBQ night was a nice setup but by the time we got there it looked as if most food was already gone. So recommend to go early.

Lovely resort, very friendly and helpful staff. Kids loved the pool and play area. Very good restaurant on site (but the pizza place across the street is also great and has a play corner for little ones as well). Breakfast offers a nice variety. I loved the lush and very well maintained garden, Basically this place has all you need for a great beach vacation with kids. Also, the sunbeds at the beach are comfy (bare in mind that the sea gets rough so stay close to your kiddos). Hotel is merely 6km from the Fairy Stream and close to the fishing village.

Breakfast superb and excellent setting by the beach. Gardens absolutely beautiful and staff worked around the clock maintaining them. So well staffed and nothing too much trouble. When we left we wished we could return. Lots of restaurants near by.

The bed was too hard. When I mentioned this as feedback at check out the staff told me that I could have asked for a topper to make the bed softer.

Located on the beach with beautiful lush gardens. Very friendly staff. Nice beach restaurant with comprehensive breakfast and tasty lunch and dinner dishes and great waiters who made us experience local dishes in a great way.

It was a very pleasant stay, we felt like in paradise. The hotel not big and not small with great stylish rooms, very nice and helpful staff, beautiful beach not crowded, the breakfast buffet with wide variety of all possible from international to Vietnam´s food very tasty. The hotel garden was like tropical forest nicely designed and maintained. I couldn´t stop felt amazed by the beauty when passing it.
