Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I like most is staffs because they're frendly and helpful (Ms Hoai Nhan and Ms Ha). I had a vacation with my family about 4 days 3 nights. However, I landed off at Da Nang earlier than the time of booking (It was around 7 or 8 am) but they tried to help me to get the room earlier. That's all.

AustraliaMaybe the only problem is it gets really loud outside when someone is having a conversation on the hallway.
I came here with my parents and room was just the right size, it was clean and well maintained throughtout our trip. The staff are also very friendly and helped us arrange cars to some of the tourist destinations. There is also laundry service in the hotel. Overall, it was a great experience and very close to a lot of eatery's and to the beach.

Lovely staff (and a special thank you to Hoai Nhan for looking after me at check in and for upgrading me), great location for My Khe beach and in my case, exceptionally good value. The hotel and rooms are clean, comfortable and my upgrade was light and airy with a glimpse of the sea. I booked last minute because my bus to Hoi an was cancelled just before departure so I was relieved that the hotel was a welcoming environment with the benefit of a small rooftop pool as well. Nice to have a swim and when it rained, nice to have the cable TV channels in English. I would stay again.
