First, to receive a message of thanks to have stayed in the hotel the day prior our stay. A bit surprised and worried, it made me wonder for a while if there would be any room available for us at our arrival ? Instead of of a carefree arrival, I had to contact the hotel for this matter. I found this not really professionnal from the hotel and not relaxing for us as customers. I thought I should not make à fuss of this but this is the first time something like this happen to me since I use Booking.com. Second, at arrival, I think I 've not been given the room I had reserved. Somehow it's my fault: I should have asked to see it before signing the papiers and pay. I did not protest once it was done (I was relieved there was at least a room available) but still, I think it could be managed differently and that it should be a regular practise to show the room first.

We booked a city view and got a tiny window overlooking the stairwell. So we left the blinds closed the whole time. ☹️ Pool is tiny, doesn't have any area around it to sit, so if there is more than one group at a time, it would be uncomfortable. Restaurant was on 2nd floor and wasn't open.

The hot water in my shower had super low water pressure, making the shower less enjoyable.

Taking into account the price-point: Nothing. But take note, the taxes and service charge aren't included when booking this on booking.com. So we were asked to pay a higher price at check in. Is does say that these aren't including on my booking, but I didn't realise until checking in, because they are usually included when booking through booking.com. Regardless, the price is still very affordable. (Not taking the price-point into account: - WiFi - my partner had no trouble on his iphone, but I had a very frustrating experience (andriod), both in the room and at reception. - They gave us a towel which had significant holes in it, and when I asked to swap it, they said they didn't have any more!??? (So gave me two hands towels instead) - Had to ask for our room water on the 2nd day, which is fine, but then had to ask for it again on the 3rd day... - Don't book this hotel for the pool - its fine but the rooms beneath it are still a building site. Its also next to two much taller buildings. It is also a lot smaller than it looks, to the point where we didn't bother using it. Suggest looking for other pictures of it on google. - Toilet roll is the stuff that disintegrates as you use it. - Room has an adjoining door to the next room (which was locked) but meant soundproofing didn't exist, we could clearly hear our neighbours. If you get awful neighbours this could be a problem.)

Room - good size for two people, and nice bathroom. Comfortable bed. Location - nice location by the beach. Quiet outside at night. We walked about 30 mins to the area where all the nice brunch places are. Everywhere else we got a grab. Considering the price, I think I would stay again.

We stayed in room 302 and it was not quite clean. There were cockroaches at night in the bathroom.

The staff is very friendly and polite. Room design is nice.

No. Everything is fine

I like most is staffs because they're frendly and helpful (Ms Hoai Nhan and Ms Ha). I had a vacation with my family about 4 days 3 nights. However, I landed off at Da Nang earlier than the time of booking (It was around 7 or 8 am) but they tried to help me to get the room earlier. That's all.

We ordered a room for three, we only had two towels and two bottles of water prepared in the room. After cleaning the room, only two towels remained, which also had large holes.

€14 per night for three people. For this price, the accommodation could be half as bad and it would still be worth it.
