The bathtub is on a platform which is a little bit awkward to take a shower/bath. It just took us a bit of adjustment.

Location is excellent in the center of Old Quarter. The room is quite spacious and super clean. Breakfast was pretty decent with eggs/bacon/sausage along with basic Vietnamese food and assorted bread, fruit and drinks. Our trip was pleasant because the staff was exceptional. A big shout out to Felicia for letting us re-book our stay when our plan changed. Both Felicia and Laura were always helpful with where to eat, what to see and gave us valuable advice on tour information. They also have laundry service of which is very helpful.

The staff were just lovely and so helpful,especially the young lady at reception.The breakfast was fantastic with a lovely choice of food.The location was great,being 2 minutes away from Turtle lake and the puppet theatre and market.The room and balcony were lovely.The reason i rate this hotel so highly is the fact that staff are just lovely and made myself and my wife feel so welcome.Thanks guys for a lovely stay in wonderful Hanoi.

The room can get incredibly warm and humid without air condition but most likely due to the climate.

Perfect location. The staff was really kind and helpful. We had the air condition blowing cold directly to the bed which we do not prefer. They put on something to re-direct the air, so fixed it for us. Also prepared with a take away breakfast on check out day when we left early in the morning.

The sink pedestal was too low even for an Asian like me. The shower curtain didn't reach all the way to the floor maybe because the rod was placed too high above so the floor outside would get wet. The bathroom layout was a little weird. The wall stickers they placed on the glass were a little hodge-podge and not well thought of. They didn't extend from floor to ceiling so it gave you the impression that they were leftovers. But maybe I'm just a picky guest because despite that, it still did what it was supposed to do.

The hotel was situated right smack in the center of the Old Quarter and because of that you are also right smack on all the activities going on in Hoan Kiem Lake and all the noise at night. Good thing we were beat from the day's activities and the heat wave ongoing so it didn't bother us too much anymore. It was extremely hot in the room when you enter because it was glass windows all over so you have to have the ceiling fans and aircon on full blast to cool it down as fast as it possibly can. Unfortunately, it was a 5-day Independence Day holiday so at some point even our street was closed to vehicular traffic. Overall, this hotel suited our needs. Could be better but not bad.

I booked 4 rooms at this hotel 1 year ago for 11 people but due to unforeseen circumstances 3 members dropped out so I had to re-juggle the rooms. I cancelled 2 of the rooms ( so easy on booking) & rebooked a double. I ended up with a booking for the Bella Rosa suite with lake view (4) & Deluxe double room upgraded to Deluxe double room with balcony on 1 booking & Deluxe double room with Jacuzzi on the other. Soon after booking I made contact with Swan at Bella Rosa through WhatsApp. As time drew closer I still had 2 problems. Firstly, we wanted to go to the water puppet show but we would arrive on a Friday evening & was afraid it would be sold out. Secondly how to get 8 people back to the airport with luggage? Swan was so nice & booked the tickets for us in advance so the tickets were waiting for us on arrival. Thank you so much Swan 😊 The Bella Rosa has a 15 seater shuttle bus which I reserved for 750k VND to the airport. On arrival we checked into Bella Rosa premier & rooftop skybar but found out we were staying at the Bella Rosa hotel & travel next door. The 2 hotels are linked so our luggage was taken to our rooms. I stayed in the suite with my wife, son & niece. Great view. Breakfast was served in the Bella Rosa premier, so many choices for the buffet, you could even order from the menu. The pineapple pancakes were delicious 😋 After breakfast 4 of us wanted to go to Tran Quoc pagoda, Quang Minh at the desk helped us to book a taxi. Only 40k Vnd. We walked back to the hotel via train street, so cool. Check out at the hotel is 12.00. As our bus to the airport was not until 17.00 we left our luggage outside the room at 11.45 & went for one final walk around the French quarter. I went for a coffee while the others did some last minute shopping. On returning to the hotel, our luggage was in the lobby. The bus came on time, loaded & we proceeded to the airport. The location is superb, you will really feel the Hanoi vibe on its surrounding, it is close to everything in the Old quarter area.During weekends the street is walkfree. The staff also go extra miles to ensure that you have a wonderful stay in Hanoi. Ms. Laura assisted us for our Ha Long Bay tour which was fantastic despite being gloomy.

All my questions were answered on WhatsApp before our stay, they even bought our water puppet show tickets which is only a 2 min walk from the hotel. The staff were very helpful & helped us to book a taxi. The buffet breakfast was delicious.. The location to everything was within easy reach.

Actually my room wasn’t directly in the Bella Rosa Suite hotel with the rooftop bar but in the Bella Rosa Hotel & Spa - which was no problem since it’s only two houses next to the rooftop bar and I went to another rooftop bar anyways.

The breakfast was nice and the shower was good. You could hear people on the street until late at night, but that’s why I booked the accommodation: it’s in the middle of the old town with a lake view and near to the water puppet theater.
