super close to the beach, comfy rooms and the mattress were soft (as some in Vietnam tend to be hard but not this place). The staff were friendly and good discount for hotel guests on spa.

Staff was phenomenal, room was very clean, great location across from the beach, the pool was nice, and we enjoyed the Rooftop bar. Hotel answered all of our questions through whatsapp during our stay which made communication very easy!

If you get a sea view room , it is noisy at night. Many places accross the road play loud music till about midnight.

Staff were very helpful. Our room had a bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed and bunk beds which was great for our kids. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Spa was also great, staff were professional. Many "western" restaurants just accross the road, and many local restaurants on the same street. Plenty of choices for lunch/dinner.

This is my second time at Belle Maison, and I think I will be back for a 3rd, that's how great of a place it is. All the staff are so friendly and can't do enough for you, hotel right across the road from beach, free wifi, great massages, awesome breakfast, I could live at this hotel.

You could do pretty much exerting you’d want to do right here in the hotel. All of the services were outstanding, including the spa and the specialty drinks. The rooms were exquisite!!!

I missed during the breakfast vietnamese coffee. Also I would appreciate more fruits. We had one case that TV stopped working and service guy had to come couple times until eventually they replaced TV, it took them 2 days.

Location of the hotel is just right at beach. Very good SPA & wellness facilities. Skyview (roof-top) bar adds some more excitement. Two good restaurants one european and one Vietnamese with excellent food and delivery to the room. Very good communication with the staff via WhatsApp - really appreciated.

That we only chose to stay in Da Nang and this Hotel for one night. If we had known we would've stayed here at least 3 nights

Stayed for one night here. Greeted by staff immediately from the road when we stepped out of our Grab. The customer service was amazing from the get go. We requested a early check in as we were only in Da Nang for one night and not only did they let us but they upgraded our rooms free as well. Staff there were super helpful and we could contact them at any time through what's app if need be. After asking what were going to do today we told them we were gonna get some food first and they even followed up with us to see if we had found what kind of food we were after or whether they can help us if we hadn't. 100% recommend

Clean, comfortable bed, great rooftop bar and pool. The location was good and always could get a taxi outside, found it best to use the GRAB App When booking a taxi. Staff were helpful and friendly especially Thung who worked in the breakfast restaurant. Would definitely stay again.

- check-in and out takes time - swimming pool is quite small with not enough sunbeds - glass doors and also huge window in the toilet might be an issue for some but to me it did not affect my rating, window can be covered by curtain

- Great location, nearby beach and food venues, especially brewery. Easy for taxi drivers as well. Just install GRAB app and explore rather than paying overpriced trips on viator/tripadvisor - Nice rooftop bar with attentive staff, great drinks and awesome presentation for signature cocktails - Clean and spacious room - Very comfortable bed - Bathroom very clean and huge - Tasty breakfast and good variety

Everything was good except room cleaning service, they hardly clean the rooms, I hope they are trained well next time when we visit

location is big plus right opposite the beach, staffs are friendly and speak English
