The hotel is located in the center of Ho Chi Minh, so it is very convenient to move to eating places. The staff is friendly and attentive! There will be a housekeeping service and bottled water filled in the room in the morning. The use of bottled water, coffee and tea provided in the room is free of charge, so it is quite satisfactory.

The room reserved is not the one given. we booked a LUXURY Room with 2 beds which was more expensive, we were given a room with a double bed and an extra bed. This is theft. The room is dirty, everything is poorly finished. the hotel is too old. The room is VERY DARK although there is a window. It feels like we're in a prison. I found a small cockroach in the room the first night I strongly advise against this HOTEL.

The staff is always helpful as in all hotels in VN.

The rooms here are very clean and comfortable. I felt like I was at home because the staff always took care of me. They helped me store my luggage when I arrived early before check-in time, allowing me to comfortably stroll outside and wait until check-in.

Breakfast wasn't good at all... poor variaty and awfull presentation. Gym was a joke, two machines ourdoors in a terrace impossible to use with such a heat of the city. Bedrooms not ventilated as had no window, and common bathrooms aren't keen to be used. They require you to do check out at 12, but during my stay, room wasn't made until after 3pm. Very noisy... you can hear everything oitside the room, and additionally, I had to complain as they started with some type of drilling at 8am, but they did not even get apologise or provide any kind of explanation. They just ignore it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL.

Located near Ben Thanh Market, this hotel is truly a great destination for my family to relax and shop. This is our third time staying here, and there's nothing to complain about. The breakfast buffet is diverse, allowing my family to enjoy many delicious dishes. Especially, my children love the food here.

The room is so small, the one that we got was no view, paid 1.400.000d, not worth for the size of the hotel and no view. Breakfast is very limited of what you can chose, not.much of varieties.

Convenient, few minutes walk to Ben thanh market and Vincom.

Room no window meant no ventilation and wet, absolutely unacceptable at this price. In HCM tens of alternatives much higher level.

Staff on breakfast moved coffee cups putting their fingers into cup. You never will drink any from it. Very poor breakfast.

I had book room through Agoda with the good rate. The lobby and restaurant look new and beautiful. They supported me to check in earlier than check in time with free. My room have bathtub and shower, toilet clean, no smell. Breakfast buffet with variety of dishes. Generally, everything is good at here.
