Why you dont have lockers to keep our essentials??? Everyone spread their things on the floor. Plz have lockers in the room

The bed squeaked A LOT! You can’t barely move, doesn’t matter if it was lower or top bunk. Just one toilet on each floor, and it was a sign that you will get a penalty fee if you go on another floor then yours.. Also no fan in the bathrooms so it was very hot.

The staff in the reception were superb! Other than you can say about the staff that cleaned and fixed breakfast, they get mad very soon if you tried to ask something.. Good location, and walking distance.

I know the bathrooms are cleaned daily and appreciate the cleaners hard work, but I found the bathrooms to be pretty average in terms of cleanliness and there was never enough toilet paper. It was a bit annoying that water from the shower runs out into the main bathroom area, sometimes even into the toilet cubicle. The showers should also have a ledge affixed to the wall so you have somewhere to place your belongings like shampoo etc.

I loved the location of the hostel. Most of the staff were friendly, and the rooms were comfortable and clean.

The breakfast was ok - nothing special and kitchen staff were not very welcoming (unlike reception - they were nice!). There weren't many good initiatives to encourage people to meet others through social events.

The rooms were spacious and the location was very central. Beds had curtains.

it was dirty in the hallway and in the shower. the bed and the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, but creaked a bit. we were on 4th floor, and on 7th, the roof, there was disco till at least 1 am. from our room you could subtly hear the noise from the disco, I can imagine what was there on upper floors. don't know why this hostel has 8 points, it's clearly a 7-point-hostel.

On reception guys speak English very well and always ready to help. Breakfast on the roof is really very good. Shower and toilet are clean. I enjoyed staying there!

One Reception staff is very rude and no manners. I reached 10am. He told check in can do only 2pm. I went there 2pm. He told bef is not ready. Wait another 20 minutes. Already 4 hours gone. I asked why?. He told I don't know. I am a receptionist, I don't know about housekeeping delay. He don't know what is receptionist job. Receptionist is responsible for most of the conversation with the Guests. He Should Know and he should be responsible. But his answer is irresponsible. He should learn What is Hospitality..

Party hostel. If you want a quite place, it's not for you. I found bus tickets were way more expensive than others.

It was pretty Clean and dorm room was spacious. Lots of bed but the room itself was big. So people were putting their backpacks on the floor Party hostel. Got a bar area upstairs I only stayed 1 night and it was alright

Tiny lockers at the bed, only for small belongings. No bag fits in. The staff was friendly but not helpful. It seems the only purpose was to sell you some of their tours or bus ticket. Their insistence was quite annoying to many guests as I reckon. If you'd ask about practical stuff how to get somewhere, you couldn't expect any help. Perhaps one day some of the staff will travel also, different countries and get the same experience 😉 BTW when I arrived without reservation, the guy at the reception during the day, said they were fully booked and even recommended me another hotel. As I told him, through the app, it shows up available dorms, he responded, system fails sometimes. Only as I insisted, I got the bunk bed. Why doing extra work 😂 5 beds were free that night in the room I stayed

The breakfast was included, room spacious, rooftop terrace with swimming pool, even after checkout, free luggage storage, and use of shower. I liked that place 😃

No curtains on the upper bunk beds in our dorm (I noticed there were in other dorms) this made it hard to sleep with light on. One person turned the air con off so everybody was boiling but this isn’t the hostels fault. Received two very different quotes for transport from the hostel so booked online last minute - this isn’t really a problem though! Everything else great.

Staff were nice, handy to have the bar and small pool, good location, social events organised too. The hostel were helpful before and during our arrival. Would definitely recommend
