Breakfast buffet had something for everyone with many Vietnamese specialities, chef gave great advice and service. Loved the exotic fruit. Dinner was always a 4 or 5 course set menu, loved! Staff was very friendly and attentive. Room was spacious with a partial sea view, loved watching the sun rise and life in Nha Trang at sunrise. The infinity pool on the 7th floor was spectacular. Special shout out to Kate Chen who even took me back to the airport.

The staff was very helpful and accomodating (Sarah in particular helped us when we needed it). This is really a five-star hotel, the amenities such as the spa and swimming pool were fantastic. The massage included in the booking was really good as well. The breakfast was also good and varied. I really recommend it.

We had to take a shuttle to the beach, because although the hotel faces the beach, in this area there is no sand left.

Pool is beautiful, and the hotel provides transfer to the beach with private area. Breakfast is excellent. All the staff is very nice, polite and professional. Huge thanks to Sarah for all her help! All views amazing as overlooks beach. Infinity pool amazing. Staff amazing and made sure you were happy. Is a bit out of main town but we rented scooters so was all good.

The breakfast is very good, the room is spacious and excellent, room is also very clean equipped with top class facilities. Serve top notch with friendly and always smiling service. It did not feel like a 5-star hotel. An example: we paid extra fees to have an extra person (child) in our rooms. However, they were rationing blankets and said they only had one extra blanket, so one child used towels for warmth. The rooms were dark, but that might be intentional to counter the blazing heat from the sun.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. The meal and restaurant options were good.

This is the first time I have traveled to Vietnam. I chose Nha Trang city as the first destination. I was surprised about the scene in Nha Trang which is beautiful. I booked Boton Blue Hotel to enjoy my vacation. Thank you for your nice. The breakfast buffet is very tasty, panoramic view in my room and the infinite pool are so nice.

We placed the signboard Do Not Disturb but room service ignored and still entered into the room. This was quite irritated to me and my husband as our privacy was breached. Staffs at rooftop pool is not so helpful, the towels were served when we almost left the pool.

Facilities is new. My room is at corner so we have 2 balconies which is quite an added value. Location however is a bit far from center, but food neighborhood is still plentiful.
