Super comfortable staying worth of money. Right in the heart of Hanoi close to all the attractions and sightseeings. Clean. Friendly staff. Felix at the reception is absolutely amazing person. Helped me a lot during my staying. That was my first visit to Hanoi and he helped me to organize my trips and gave me lots of advices what to visit and what to do in my free time. Trips were well organized, advices were helpful. There were also many small but important things he helped me with.

Originally I didn’t get any response when I tried informing the hotel of our arrival time via booking.com. However I found the phone number and rang this to inform them and they answered straight away and were very helpful.

The receptionist was so lovely. We arrived early hours in the morning (2-3am) and the receptionist was awake and checked us in. This was very kind of them. The air conditioning worked really well. The room and bedding was very clean. Perfect for one night stop over.

I did not like that I had to pay to park my motorbike as there is no parking available but the owner of the hotel arranged parking few meters away at the cost of 50,000 dong daily

Dormitory rooms should be more for those who are lodging alone to get one bed to pay for the night.

It was at a nice location for us. Wherever you want to go you are free to go day or night. Since it is at center or the heart of Hanoi city

There’s no ambience. Due to the low prices the place is manly used for long stay guests, mostly economic migrants and asylum seekers, the ones in my dorm all came from Africa. Most of them just seats by the entrance lobby trying to chat with the female guests. Dorm and bathroom a little messy, with guests’ things and cloths just laying around the floor or in the bathroom.

The place is small but cozy, most furniture is new and the bunk beds are really nice. The AC works good, fast internet. It’s just in the center. It’s also very affordable.

Questionable sanitary conditions, nothing critical, but dust, dirt, uncleaned bathrooms are the norm here.

Not a bad location if you are a tourist wanting to explore the central tourist area of ​​Hanoi. Also, the beds in the dormitory room are quite private.

There was no toilet paper they had not vacuumed the floors and the bed sheet was dirty they remedied all these issues after we approached them directly.

The price is nice the location is good even the bed was quite comfortable. No elevator, room at top of five floors. Also be careful their dog may pee on your bags if you just leave then on the floor of their lobby or back by massage chairs.

Somebody was illegally smoking in his room, which is forbidden in the hotel (as indicated by signs). As the box rooms are build entirely from wood this is extremely dangerous. I don't want to imagine the potential catastrophy if something catches fire by accident. I would appreciate if the hotel staff would enforce the prohibition of non smoking more thoroughly. Moreover, besides the danger the smell of smoke is highly discomforting.

The location of the hotel is perfect. It is in the middle of the Old Quarter with many shops and restaurants nearby. Also many sleeper busses stop around the corner which is perfect if you reach early in the morning.

WiFi was really weak in the room. The door in the shared bathroom (both toilet and shower) would barely close and it didn't lock.

They didn't have park even though they said they did and even though I put in a request while booking it they didn't tell me they didn't have parking. The room was tiny and there was a window so anyone walking in the hallway out side could see into the room

The bathrooms weren’t very clean. On two occasions staff came into the room to speak to me about something and asked for my passport without explanation. One of the times they opened the door and came in without knocking and then handed me a phone to talk to someone with no explanation as to why.

The room was comfortable and had an AC. It was a good size for two people and had drawers for storage.

people cleaning the room at 6pm so hard to get some tranquility in the room when checKing in, the neighborhood is super noisy at night until late too which was difficult to relax and sleep. Although it has quite a nice location since in the old quarter and close to a party street which can be pretty nice. The door of the dorm room wasn’t locked or anything and multiples back and forth from the people working there even around 10 were making it difficult to get some tranquility again.

Stairs needs renovation and rooms are very small for double bed room . Washroom needs to be renovated .

The window of the dorm looks at the street, so you're bound to enjoy drunk karaoke till deep into the night. Consider earplugs.

Great property in the Old Quarter with dorm and private rooms available, though the latter are basically like dorm with walls for partition. Clean bathrooms, comfy beds.

Bathroom clealiness.

The staff here is great. They helped me in every way possible. All the complaints were taken care of and was provided with prompt solutions. Only the bathrooms could be more clean but great value for money. :) Very much recommended for short stays or even for longer for bag packing or work travellers.
