The location is kinda on the dull side and the room size is a bit small for 3 people as we took a 3 Adult room

The design of beds in mixed dorms is not so private (we have a curtain besides the bed, but it does not cover well enough). May need to improve the cleaniness for the bathroom and especially the toilet.

Great price. Good location, 1km to Nhat Le Beach. The area is not crowded and peaceful. Easy to travel to some famous local restaurants. I love the design of the building. The sleeping box is also comfy. Staff is nice and supportive.

The 6-bed dorm is a little squashy; the 8-bed dorm was far more roomy. The building is essentially completely open, so when it was hot outside, it was hot inside too; I escaped to the air-conditioned comfort of the dorm!

This building is really something different. So airy, so spacious, so green. Everything about the space is out of the ordinary. Staff were friendly. The showers were huge and really user friendly.

The maintenance of this place is very bad - we had many problems in the bathroom, the room smelled fusty and the windows were dirty..The stuff doesn't speak any English. They seemed bored and not really care. I don't understand why somebody put so much effort and money to build such a nice hotel and than leave it to incompetent and negligent stuff to manage it!

The style and architecture of this hotel is amazing, very well designed room,done by somebody who understands the needs of travelers. It's modern and elegant, good quality materials.

It's a pity that the bathroom is separated from wet and dry. The bathing area is separated by a shower curtain, but there is no protrusion underneath to block the water, so the whole bathroom will still be very wet after taking a shower. The hotel does not attach foot mats, but the overall It is still a good hotel.

The room rate of the hotel is very cheap and clean. The view on the 5th floor is better than most hotels in the area. You can see the sea, and the attitude of the service staff is very good, and they can help with basic requirements. Overall, it is good.

Could be cleaner, nobody cleaned anything within the room for my entire stay and there was an inch thick layer of dust under the beds, so was the floor. After people checkout their beds and rubbish after them was left for several days and nobody seemed to care. Beside that that could improve, I would stay again because people were lovely :)

For improved comfort though, there could be trash bins inside the toilet and places to hang or put toiletries in the shower. During cold season, while room is kept nicely warm, common area could be made warmer too

It's a stylish boutique hotel that is a popular spot for coffee especially in the evening. It is not as centrally located but Dong Hoi is a small town that MyKhe beach, church ruins and the slightly busier area near the bridge are within easy walking distance. Staff is helpful and responsive with messaging even prior to arrival. They let me check in when bed is free. I even had to wake one up to help me with a cab to catch a 3AM train. There are no locks to the room and storage but place feels safe. Beds are comfy with blinds for some privacy (half coverage).

I really like the architecture of this building. The staffs are very friendly, helpful. They helped us so much, especially the little girl who wears glasses. You can rent a motorbike here or borrow a bicycle for free.

The room was really nice. It was fancy and exceeded my expectations. I really recommend this to anyone staying in Dong Hoi. The bedroom was really nice with two bedside tables. Nice facilities and super friendly staff. About a 10 minute walk from here to the beach. Great location. Great bathroom too.
