The dining room was a bit neglected and food not chilled or cared for properly in heat … first place on trip with inadequate gluten free provisions . Staff sometimes very confused

Pool maintenance could do with being cleaned daily, also pool closes early. Could do with having own fleet of taxis rather than to rely on Grab for airport/bus pickup/dropoff as part of the package price.

Room facilities were fantastic, nice and peaceful and loved the decor and gardens. Staff were friendly and attentive. Restaurant food was tasty, breakfast was decent however monotonous.

The place is rather rundown and needs some maintenance. Doors not closing properly, the room smelling a bit stuffy and the AC not working properly. Location is out of the centre which is very peaceful and what we were looking however to get to the better food places it will take a 20 min taxi ride as grab or other won’t come. Prices are similar.

The restaurant was very good but if you were staying for longer than a couple of nights you would want to go into Can Tho to seek other options. There is nothing to walk to in the general vicinity (tourist attractions or restaurants) so you must taxi into town. That being said, the taxi fare into Can Tho was very reasonable.

Can Tho Ecolodge was a delightful accommodation. The room was palatial and it was lovely to have a small deck off of the room. The restaurant breakfast and dinners were very good and the location offered beautiful sunsets. We enjoyed the large pool which was well equipped with lounge chairs and an outside bar. The gardens were well cared for and the resort very inviting overall. The front desk staff were wonderful!

Our bathtub leaked but the staff came and sealed it straight away. My husband found it very difficult to sleep the first night due to the sound of the solar hot water service on the roof but they were very obliging to move us to a downstairs room the following night.

Being a country girl myself, I felt at home in the rustic, rural setting. The gardens are beautiful and the rooms are comfortable and well maintained overall. The staff are very warm, helpful and sincere in their attempts to make your stay enjoyable. For example, at breakfast I asked if a dish contained meat because I am vegetarian. The next morning, the range of vegetarian options improved greatly. Maybe that was a coincidence but I appreciated it anyway! Their tour offers are excellent and reasonably priced. We did a 3 hour morning boat trip with Vincent and had the best time! He was very responsive to our needs and interests, introducing us to new vegan foods and taking us to a beautiful pagoda when my husband mentioned he is Buddhist. If you have any issues, reception will do their best to rectify as soon as possible.

Wish it was closer to town but it wasn’t a deal breaker as transportation is inexpensive. Pool really needs to be drained so they can scrub the sides of the pool of all the grey looking scum.

Nothing to dislike. But do keep in mind that during the Lunar new year (Tet) holidays some facilities (like boat tour) are not available.

The restaurant is alright but there is room for improvement. Takes a bit of time to come and could just be tastier. But nothing bad, it does the job, just not the best you'd have in your trip. Staff calling you in the room 15 mins, then 5 mins before end of checkout time to make sure you come.

Beautiful hotel, very nature-like whilst very pretty and fancy swimming pool & bar. The rooms are incredibly big, good bathroom too. Very peaceful and quiet. Cute gekos everywhere, running chickens in some corners of the garden ;) Massages available. Decent breakfast

The safe in the room wasn’t in order. The balcony door didn’t close correctly. Walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors.

The water in the pool is cloudy. There was quite a lot of guest, not enough sun beds on the pool. At the evening we had to order drinks in reception instead of pool bar during the pleasing hours.

The rooms in the hotel are great design. Every single detail is very good quality. The breakfast is also very good. All concept is nice for relax but.. we had to wait for the meals very quite long time and even for fried bananas dessert 25 minutes. This hotel is in the same group like Mekong Delta Lodge which was more private.

The food was disappointing and expensive by Vietnam standards. Service was slow and the pool and room was not particularly clean.

Room was beautiful, incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated. Resort is stunning, very peaceful, lush palms and lovely setting. Great location for visiting the floating market which was on the doorstep.

Breakfast could be improved with more fresh fruits and homemade jam! The room check in is at 2 pm so would be great to have a changing room if you want to enjoy the pool ( toilets are not that nice and convenient to change)
