Clean and spacious rooms

Pool area needs to be refurbished soon, as it looks quite outdated. Despite being upgraded to a one bedroom service apartment, the internet router was in the lounge, causing the wifi to be super weak in the bedroom, had to sit in the lounge to get an internet connection and on top of that the connection was quite weak (15mbps). A minibar with drinks and snacks would have been nice given a fridge was included in my upgrade.

Was upgraded from deluxe room to a one bedroom serviced apartment. It was a very nice unexpected upgrade, where my room was on a high floor (16th floor) with my own lounge and kitchen as well as internet router for the whole room. Breakfast was perfect and included in my stay which included both a Western and a Vietnamese breakfast with plenty of options to choose from. Great location, easy to order Grab taxi from the app.

Breakfast choices could have been more as most of the time, the options are very similar between each day.

The room services for food are great and overall a comfortable room for stay!

Not so many restaurants in the area, but plenty of street food.

Very well equipped hotel, a bit away from the tourist hot spots. We liked that because you got to see more of Hanoi. Breakfast was very good, staff helpful and friendly.

The general feel and facilities felt a little dated. The location wasn't good for us, unfortunately we realised afterwards that staying in the Old Quarter would have been much better. We couldn't find a place for a massage or dinner within walking distance.

It was a nice stay, staff were friendly and room was clean and accommodating.

Even though it is big and spacious still they haven’t clean it well. The chairs have a dirt in every corner and also a bit dusty. But all in all our stay is okay. Hope they will clean it properly next time.

The room is big and spacious. Thanks for the free upgrade of my room to super deluxe room. About their free breakfast buffet is superb, you have a lot of options and what I like most is their seafoods like shrimp 🍤. Because of that I still like to go back to stay again there.

Water could be a little warmer, however that seems to be common in Vietnam!

The kitchen came with no dishes, pans, or silverware. On request, the provided kitchen kit included plates, cups and silverware but it really wasn't enough to make use of the kitchen. Our room had a great view that was a little marred by the outside of the windows. The city air probably makes it hard to keep those clean but it would make the room even more enjoyable.

Our stay over the Christmas holiday was excellent. The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortably furnished. The bathrooms were well appointed. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. The staff were kind and it was lovely that they recognized the birthday of one of our party while we were there. We stayed at 4 places in Vietnam of similar cost and Super Hotel Candle was clearly the nicest.

Super big room and bathroom; very comfortable stay. Breakfast had a wide selection of cuisines. Very accommodating staff. Location was in a trendy neighborhood, so not as touristy.

The apartment we booked was as shown on Booking.com down to the last detail. The cleanliness was commendable. Unfortunately, the service is mainly geared towards asian requirements. What was special was the constant effort to meet our european standards. It remains to be hoped that the country, its hotels and restaurants can adapt to the requirements of international tourism.

Breakfast time separation

Viet the bell boy was extremely helpful. The food was good, The only thing I did not like, was at breakfast time My wife and I were requested to eat in a separate room with limited Food choice.

The description on booking.com shows there will be washmachaine, however the staff told me only guest stay more than 7 days have washmachine. The swimming pool is small, maybe less than 8m length. Though it is non-smoking room, an ashtray was there and I can fell some residual smoke smell in the room.

The room is large. The staff clean my room everyday. The massage service is excellent. The breakfast is delicious.

Located a bit far from the city centre.

A very great hotel with great facilities. Being upgraded to an one room apartment. The unit is very spacious. Staffs are very polite and will support you whenever you need any assistance.

The facilities here are a bit run down. The pool and sauna might need a little bit of maintenance. We were interested in this hotel because of the picture shown on this website so it was anticlimactic for us. We also found one used slippers in the living area of our room.

The staff are nice and attentive. The location is not ideal if you want to visit the old quarter. But still great. There are some convenience stores at the lobby and around the area as well. The style of the hotel and the decorations are classic. That reminded us this hotel might be one of the good ones in Hanoi 10-20 years ago. We got upgraded to the service apartment. So there are two bedrooms and a living area with a kitchen. We ended up using only one part of the room. The breakfast is OK with some choices.
