The host was so kind and helpfull. We cannot think about anything he could have done better: he did a pick-up, we rented a scooter, he arranged our bus to Da Nang. Just perfect!

Great host, everything you need at this hotel in a vibrant area within walking distance to the citadel and attractions. The always happy smiling host recommended some great restaurants and sights. He was up early to cook breakfast for us to catch an early flight. Thankyou Candyinn for a short but enjoyable stay.

Another example of really awesome host - really nice talk, I also received a map with some of the tips - for sightseeing, food (shared via google maps), very helpful and nice person in general. Location - many restaurants and other amenities can be reached within few minutes by walk. Still the location is very quiet. Room - super clean and well equipped. Wifi - really great (I had few calls without any issue) Service - booking a bus tickets, renting a bike etc. The breakfast 👌

We liked everything.

The host was so welcoming and helpful. Sent us a map with some good places to eat and places to visit. Helped us arrange a tour short notice and made us breakfast to takeaway as early start time. The breakfast was delicious. The home stay was kept meticulously clean. Great location too. Really impressed and would highly recommend staying here.

We loved our stay here. The host was super friendly, always smiling and happy to help. He provided us with a Google map of Hue, highlighting all the places to visit and good restaurants. He also arranged a bike rental for us and organised our transportation to Hoi An. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. The room was spacious and very clean. The location is close to restaurants and bars, yet also nice and quiet. I definitely recommend staying here.

It was really perfect value for our money

It was the perfect homestay for our traveling in Hue. Close enough to the night market street and a short walk to the citadel. Simple accommodation but clean and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful, coffee was really good and we got a lot of fresh fruits. Finally the hospitality of Mr. Lê was really amazing. We checked out in the morning but he welcomed us back in the evening to take a shower before our night train to Ninh Binh. Thank you so much and we will definitely stay here if we come back to Hue!

Nothing, everything was fine!

Very nice guesthouse in a quiet and safe street close to restaurants and bars. Rooms are spacious and clean. The host and his family are soooo nice and helped us with everything we needed: transfer from the airport, bike rent, place to visit, restaurant options… he also organised our transfer to Hoi An at very convenient price, including trekking in Bac Ma (recommended, also to take a cool break in the mountain). Last but not least, he speaks a very good English, so communication in person and via WhatsApp was really easy!

Everything was perfect.

We loved the place. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, confortable, and the owner is the best. They are super nice, very helpfull and they are there for everything you need. You have continuos contact by WhatsApp and they offered to drive us to visit the thumbs and pagodas, and they offered the pickup to the airport. They even allow us to take a shower before leaving even if we left the room in the mornings. Highly recomended.

Nothing! Really!! It was my favorite place that I stayed while traveling around Vietnam for a month. Loved loved loved it.

TLDR; It was a fantastic place to stay in the middle of a busy city. The place was incredibly clean and our room was pretty large, which I wasn't expecting! It was a nice surprise. We also had a little balcony so we could step out and look at the busting city or retreat into our quiet air-conditioned room (did I mention the AC rocked?!?!). We had a really nice bathroom and everything just 'worked'. Loved it. It was the perfect place, positioned on a quiet little alley in the middle of the city. I could get up early and walk down to the lake and watch everybody running around the lake exercising in the early mornings before it warmed up too much. Our host was wonderful. I really can't say enough good things about him. Our breakfast was top-notch and the fruit was just perfect, the bread warm and the eggs fresh .. loved it. It was always broght out with the biggest of smiles and a warm "good morning". He was incredibly helpful on anything we wanted to do, recommending where to go, how to get there. We were never pushed into any tours (which can happen at some of the little hotels). Our host made us the best breakfasts to take with us on our tours when they left super early so we had something to eat on the way!!! He just went above and beyond in every way and made our stay just that much better. I can't recommend this place enough.

The room was spacious and clean and comfortable. There were several useful amenities in the room including a TV, clothing rack, hairdryer and mini fridge. The shower was clean and modern and had good pressure and temperature! Also, the hosts were super nice and accommodating, helping me do laundry and even offering to collect me from the train station at no extra charge.

Everything was perfect

The owner was very welcoming and helped me with everything, so friendly and kind. The room is really nice and comfortable as well. Only around 10 minute walk into the restaurant/bar street. The last today I checked out very early because I had to catch the bus, the owner made me a take away breakfast, it was so nice and thoughtful. Highly recommend staying here!

I arrived early after a sleeper bus. The host went out of his way to let me use a personal room (as my one was not free yet) to freshen up and shower. He text me as soon as the room was available and also gave me great recommendations! I was only in Hue for the day and felt sad to not have had more time here.
