Not really accessible to ATM or money changers, shops were good walk away ,and only restaurants were basically seafood close by....but nothing a quick grab ride didn't fix..

We booked the family seaview room, had Fantastic balcony with amazing sea view. Rooftop pool was great.. Staff went above and beyond. Breakfast was brought to our room at a time selected by us, every morning on time and hot. Would Absolutely reccomend staying here !

Nothing - the staff and room were great.

The staff were so kind - just amazing. I was very sick almost as soon as I got there and the staff were just brilliant with getting medication and food for me. I really can't over state how friendly and wonderful they were with such a sick guest lol. Although the location is a little off the main area they provide free bicycles which I thought was a lovely idea. The traffic is pretty calm and roads are flat so easy to ride.

Like all beach hotels....subject to mold if not aired out properly. Beds are decent but not super soft.

Staff was excellent and helpful with navigation and outings. Rooms was decent and spacious. Had a TUB!!! Close to restaurants and other amenities.

Fantastic place with kind and helpful staff. 2 minutes (if not less) walk to the beach which is mostly empty through the first part of the day. Rooms have all needed items for the home feel. Rooftop pool with the beach view (as well as Lady Buddha view) is adding greatness to the spot!

The staff were amazing and could not be any more helpful! The property was lovely and a great option for a low key and enjoyable stay. It is a little further out along the beach but plenty of food options and grab available. Quick grab into city centre.

The minite you stepped in to the lobby you could tell it was going to be great,lots of effort to make the place look and feel amazing,lovely smiling staff that spoke good English. The room was really spacious,stylish and super clean,comfy bed,strong wifi. Communal terrace and pool area were lovely with panoramic views of the sea. Highly recommend. Booked for 1 day,stayed a week.

First of all, the staff was incredibly warm, kind, and helpful-- ESPECIALLY Thao! She made our stay there extra enjoyable and seeing her every time we came and went was so lovely. Right across from an uncrowded beach where the locals go. The location was awesome for us because it was away from the hustle and bustle of the packed touristy beaches. The pool on the top floor was great for when we didn't want to be on the beach. Would stay here again!

Everything met our expectations. Lovely welcome, nothing too much trouble. The breakfast option was great and the restaurant recommendations and travel help was appreciated. The Beach house is not new, but full of character and we were happy to work around their maintenance of the house, especially when offered free breakfast and drinks! It is good to support small independent businesses.

The photos on Booking.com did not match the room I initially booked. I wanted a sea view but got a room with no view and no natural light. The staff moved me to a nicer room on my second night.

There was a very noisy restaurant just opposite but hopefully it was just a random party the first night we stayed. The bathroom could benefit from an extractor fan.

Lovely apartment with nice furnishings and designed with comfort in mind! Lovely rooftop pool and communal outside area on the 4th floor with views of the sea. Staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Rebecca the receptionist who speaks very good English which is a big plus! There are only 9 apartments in the whole building and it has a lift which is very convenient. Downstairs reception area is nicely decorated with lovely koi fish in water areas. We liked the fact that it was not a sterile hotel but a nice family run small establishment.

We loved our stay here, one of our favourite features was the Koi pond in reception. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. The hotel itself is very well decorated and clean. Our room was a good size and comfortable and clean upon our arrival. It is also only a short trip across the road to the beach. The area has many restaurants around and if you combine a walk along the beach to dinner there is plenty of options around. Grab is also available in the area. We could easily pick up tours from this hotel also.

The only thing I didn't like was having to leave due to the end of my vacation.

Everything is arranged with love to the detail, spotless clean, pool with a view, and the ocean in front of the door. Communication was also very pleasant and the staff helpful and very friendly. We found good food and convenience stores in walking distance and later the manager arranged a motorbike for us. WiFi and AC are also powerful, tasty breakfast.

We liked everything. Maybe a bar on the rooftop for some hours a day would be nice,bit rooms have a fridge & drinks are available anytime at the reception.

The room was very spacious with lots of shelfs, a comfortable bed & a nice atmosphere. The staff is very friendly. The minibar/ food in the room had a good selection. The pool on the roof is nice.

There was a bit of a mix-up about the room, we had one booked with balcony towards the beach, but it had technical issues, so we were given an enormous room/ apartment, also with balcony, but with only a slither of seaview. In the end it all worked out and we enjoyed our stay.

Great little place very close to the beach and promenade, but not right at the club strip, which can easily be reached by foot. Rooms were huge and well equipped, could have even cooked own meals there (kitchen). Staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Fong, who went out of his way to organise bicycles and scooters, and and even chased after us to make sure we found the right place to fuel up the scooters. Would definitely come again!

I had a really nice time at Cani Beach, I felt like home ! The apartment was spacious, with everything you need, with a balcony and very clean. The staff was amazing, very helpful, and kind! Everything you need is around (mart, pharmacy, restaurant) and is 2 min walk from the beach. I wasn't lucky with the weather but on a sunny days you can also enjoy the rooftop pool with a sea view and nice sunset, or just go to the beach. I really recommend this place ! If I come back in Da Nang I know where I will go :)

Cute place with beautiful koi fish in the lobby I liked a lot. I could see the waves breaking from the room so I was happy. Comfortable bed. The staff will always be there to help you with anything you need.
